Walking into the lobby and down the hall the place smelled musty and strange. The pool was green. The room was comfortable. The food had a nice selection and tasted good.

Only thing I observed was the outside was not very clean, like the entrance and some plastic bottles that I picked up and told my baby grandson that we all need to be cleaned and trash has it’s containers to be deposited.

Our room felt “damp”. Like maybe something was wrong with the air conditioner. It cooled but the bed felt humid. Areas had mildew. Room 308

Our room had a candy wrapper in the corner on the floor that was obviously left by previous guests and you could tell that corner had not been vacuumed thoroughly. I got out of the shower and walked barefoot on the carpet and my feet got so sticky I had to get back in the shower. The carpets should be cleaned more often and more thoroughly. I had a hand-held shower that we did not request. As I turned off the shower, the head fell out of the holder onto my hand and caused an injury. Why did we have this terrible idea for a shower? The water pierced your skin so hard that it was uncomfortable to stand under the water to get wet and rinse off. We have many future trips planned to this area and will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Very disappointed.

we arrived and they didn’t have the room that we booked available. They put us in another room that had not been cleaned. We got moved again, and the AC system was broken. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa. The hot tub was broken.

Location near the highway was good lots of nearby restaurants stores. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the evening lady(staff).She completely ignored my presence while she was focused on her computer instead of greeting me welcoming me as a guest. Opposite the morning lady , she was great right attitude paid attention to me my needs my departure..stained seats in the breakfast area gave a bad impression of the place needs some maintenance updates..
