Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, but slow. Didn’t try the breakfast. Pool was utilitarian.

Breakfast was in food service packaging--very little fresh. Room price was double on Saturday as compared with Sunday. When I asked why, I was told it was the end of the week and the beginning of the week (Sunday) started at a lower rate then increased through the rest of the week???

Our room smelled like cig smoke and the bathroom smelled like pond water. This was the 3rd time we have stayed here. No other issues the 1st two times, this however, will be the last time. Wasn’t worth the 512.00 spent at this place.

The morning we left the water went out so we couldn't shower. Because we booked through a secondary company, they couldn't refund any $, but gave us 5,000 points, which is about $40. Since we were at the hotel to sleep, shower, and leave, not having the water was a big part of what the hotel provides and I wish they could have been more generous. We had a several hour drive back home and we had just finished a 12 mile bike ride in VERY hot and humid weather!
