Clean and comfy

The morning person who got the breakfast ready was incredibly rude, unwilling to answer ours or others questions about several items empty or missing from the breakfast and not at all interested in stocking them. Very dissatisfied with the breakfast.

Room 220 was very clean and a nice location.

When we arrived the staff was very put out to help us get checked in, then made several negative comments about where we are from The bathroom was not very clean, the paint is pulling from the wall and the shower insert is also pulling away from the wall. The ceiling was also peeling away. It was vey loud as children ran up and down the hall and semeed to be jumping on the floor above us.

Bed was hard and not real comfortable. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly.

The evening staff was very warm and friendly. Answered my questions about wherfe to eat. I'm a windows person. Need to clean the windows.

I thought the room was very clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were very small but served our needs quite well. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. We were overall very pleased! No complaints.

Location was great. Breakfast was subpar. Oj out one day, eggs wet Cleaning products left a strong odor that was veey unpleasant and caused a migraine. Beds were too firm and pillows too mushy

It was close to the event I needed to be at Room was dirty, towels were unwashed, staff talked bad about their management to us. Had to leave immediately, probably spent a total of 15 minutes in the room, and got a room at a different hotel and was unable to get a refund. Staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing and took forever to answer the phone in order to help, no manager on site to help handle the issues.

There's not much I liked about the property There was ants in my room and it didn't look clean

The property and hotel itself was a bit run down. The room was good. Comfortable and clean. Beds were great. Staff was friendly.

Room spelled moldy/musty. Fridge was frosted over in freezer area & part of Fridge. Sheets too small for mattress & had holes along with comforter having holes in it.. Tops heat had dark stains on left side of bed.windo w had black mold.

The basic necessities were there.

It was the basic Super 8. No frills, clean and close to activities.
