Disappointing

Not like it was a few years ago. It's a place to sleep and shower. Doesn't look like any type of upgrade. The bar down in the basement /lower level was super loud it was hard to hear the front desk talk. Our room was on the fourth floor and we could still hear the music with our door shut. The door had to be forced shut. But it did close and lock

Bathroom was very dingy and dirty looking. Stains on walls and such...

The bathroom ceiling was deteriorating to the point that it felt like it could collapse. The entire space was dingy, dark, and noticeably dirty. The toilet only flushed if you manually turned it on and off, otherwise it continuously ran. The room itself was extremely damp, leaving the floors—and even the carpet—wet to the touch. I can only hope the beds were at least clean.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER. The door to our room was incredibly difficult to shut, it have to be slammed. Our friend’s room had a massive leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. AVOID.

The people at desk were polite and nice! The shower door looked like it was gonna fall off. Shower floor was dirty. Ceiling was leaking in bathroom. The bed was not comfortable at all and there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor.

Room needs an upgrade. Chair in room needs to be removed. Gross stains. Carpet dirty and bathroom yucky.

This place needs an upgrade badly!

The bathroom in our room had holes in the ceiling, no hot water, the toilet stayed flushing for almost an hour. The upholstered chair next to the bed was dirty.

Parking in the back is hard because of the bar on-site. There is no overnight parking on the street. Overall, the hotel shows wear & tear and needs upgrading. The staff did it's best but Wyndham needs to fix up this hotel.

The motel is just old and dreary. Lighting in lobby poor and furniture worn.

Exceptional

The room was gross. The curtains had brown stains and the carpet had a red stain. There was large sections of water damage on the walls in the bathroom. The ceiling tiles by the door were damaged and wet as well. There was no chain or anything on the door (you could see where it was but it was gone.) I went to talk to the staff about it in the morning and they told me “the new management plans to fix stuff when it’s less busy” no efforts were made to address any concerns. I reached out to Expedia customer service with photos and they haven’t made any adjustments either.

Staff was helpful Unfortunately it is in shambles and in desperate state of repair The furniture is mismatching and broken The door only closed if it was slammed (room #511) Stains in the shower floor and in the bathroom in general Really a shame

Hot water did not work in the shower, I called down and he said wiggle the handle. After 10 minutes of trying to get it hot, I called down and they put us in a smaller room. The workmanship of the updates were terrible. The chair was ripped. Definitely not worth the cost. Maybe a one star hotel but not for over $550 for three days

My room had used soap in the bathroom. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. Went to front desk, no one was there. So I went to every floor to find housekeeping and ask for new soap. The walls and the shower in my bathroom were not clean. Also the parking was a little confusing.

Room was in bad shape. Hole in fitted sheet. Cushion on chair was upside down when we walked in. Bathroom was gross. Stains on wall near toilet paper holder. Hole in wall from doorknob. Ceiling tile in bathroom moved up and over as though someone was working above. Shower was the worst. The shower head was coated in pink slime and grime. And the light above the shower was not secured in the ceiling, rather hanging down by a cord.

Nothing. Hot water took 10 minutes to get Hot. Tacky floors , no cup in bathroom. Shower floor was wit & brown. Seeing that didn’t shower. Bulbs burnt out. Bed awful, crumbs in the bed..like just pulled the sheets from prior occupant & made the bed. Awful mattress.

Good

Everything outside my room is not fair well. Room is quit clean. Door seems not securely locked. Hotels share with other restaurants , grocery store, convenient but not comfortable.
