The first room Baymont gave us the door would not open or close without physically lifting the door up. The upper hinge was pulling out of the frame. The second room the bathroom shower had a lot of mold. The corner of the shower and where it met the floor was a huge glob of sealant and mold. The bathroom sink I could write my name in the bowl. When renting from a name brand hotel you expect a certain level of cleanliness. Baymont failed using this hotel part of its chain.

The room was clean. The desk clerk was kind and helpful. It is a very basic accommodation with no frills for those of us who just want a clean and comfortable room that allows dogs. Perfect! I loved that charm of the little town, antique shops and Latino bakery all very satisfyling.

It was downtown It was noisy sometimes at night the breakfast buffet was not good at all. Food was run out ice machine broke.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Polite and friendly staff. Old downtown location surrounded by nice little shops.

While this hotel was open our bathroom sink was leaking so they put the bathroom garbage can under the sink to collect the water. We also had to literally run at the door to get it open as the floor in the entry way was so warped it would not open freely and made a horrible noise I can only imaging the other guests loved to hear every time we opened the door

It is an embarrassment to the downtown of a very charming town of Delavan. We would not recommend it to our family and friends…

Pros- clean room, ice cold AC, comfortable beds Cons- tv that was probably 16 yrs old, exposed wiring hanging above the bathroom sink, narrow shower door that only opened 1 way, being located on the 5th floor, elevator was not exactly stable I think, no WiFi night 1, ice machine located in a bar(should've been accessable in lobby
