Rooms were clean and quiet. Polite and friendly staff. Old downtown location surrounded by nice little shops.

While this hotel was open our bathroom sink was leaking so they put the bathroom garbage can under the sink to collect the water. We also had to literally run at the door to get it open as the floor in the entry way was so warped it would not open freely and made a horrible noise I can only imaging the other guests loved to hear every time we opened the door

Bed we're ok Dirty lobby, Dirty rooms, no toilet paper, shower wasnt clean, gross.

It is an embarrassment to the downtown of a very charming town of Delavan. We would not recommend it to our family and friends…

Pros- clean room, ice cold AC, comfortable beds Cons- tv that was probably 16 yrs old, exposed wiring hanging above the bathroom sink, narrow shower door that only opened 1 way, being located on the 5th floor, elevator was not exactly stable I think, no WiFi night 1, ice machine located in a bar(should've been accessable in lobby

Our room was not ready on time. The shower was disgusting with some pink mold. The sink leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The iron board was broken,and the iron was dirty, so I ended up with a stain on my dress . Do not stay here!

Old hotel, run down. Elevator and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Room musty like mildew. Despite already being charged by expedia, we did not stay.

Downtown Delavan is beautiful. I think the hotel needs some renovations. The man at the the desk was very rude. The sink in the bathroom leaked bad. The TV in the room was so small you needed a magnifying glass to see it.

Everything was good. Front desk was friendly. The room was excellent always is stayed there many times I really like it. I’m from that area so that’s why I always stay when I go down there. Keep up the good work.

Value, best designed disabled shower in any motel I’ve ever had. Parking, no hand soap in room, no do not disturb sign in room, when flushing the toilet it was 25/75 if it would stop running or require multiple flushes to finally stop, outlets poorly placed, floor lamp light bulb burnt out, no light in shower, no fan or heat in bathroom leading to dangerous condensation on floor.

I already filed a complaint. The room was filthy, the air conditioning didn't work.

Everything was out of order. Single coffee pods in room no coffee maker, no soap in shower, door wouldn't close

Every floor has its own smell. Even the elevator. We had stink bugs on the ceiling, Giant stains on the carpet. The bed was atrocious. Every move you made sounded like a rusty slinky going down a set of hollow metal stairs. Everything needs a major overhaul of TLC and updating. Multiple bars in walking distance was a plus.
