Delavan Inn and Suites

It is a verb nice and clean hotel. Rooms are fairly updated. Could use some minor amenities like a chair in the room and some brighter lighting but beds, bathroom, and room in general were clean. Staff is very nice and friendly. If you are looking for a nice place to stay at and don’t need all the frills and amenities, this is the place. Breakfast is limited but decent enough for something to get you going in the morning. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Room was cleaned. I found old food in fridge. Floor was filthy. My feet were black after walking around room. AC was freezing and no other extra blankets available. I froze at night because comforter was so thin. Outdated and old. Next time will stay at Geneva National.

Property was older but clean , staff was always present and helpful. Bed was extremely hard might consider getting softer mattress and throw a few more pillows on the bed

Very clean room and staff was friendly and helpful. Not a lot to offer for the breakfast but we didn't go for that and there's a Dunkin a few steps away:) Nice place and convenient location.

Rooms were very run down, bathroom fan was full of dust! Beds were super uncomfortable!

The room was clean but sparsely furnished. Only given 2 towels for 2 guests for 2 nights. Although advertised as a continental breakfast they lacked choices beside waffles and yogurt.

The room was clean enough although a bit on the older side. The staff did what they were supposed to with a smile. The AC was great in our room and the hallway. The stairwell had no AC and was hot and humid when we walked through. The lot was nice an big and right next door to a gas station and dunkin donuts. So you could just walk there with ease. The breakfast was poor with very few options.

Rooms were a bit sparsely furnished. Housekeeping emptied trash and provided new towels daily, but did not make the beds.

Could use a little updating

The 2 story photo of the building was decent but less appealing inside. With no elevator, it was not fun dragging heavy luggage up a very steep staircase. The room was clean and had been refurbished but obviously was a worn out space with patchwork refinishes.

Great location in relation to where I was going. Easy to access other attractions in the area.

Good price, location, value. While a little dated, the amenities were fine for the price.

Great stay

breakfast was just ok. No "do not disturb" signs.

It was quiet and the breakfast was good.

Location was great. There was an odor the minute we walked in. It never went away. They said place was remodeled but room areas had old rusty paint. We got one tiny bar soap to use for shower and sink. When I asked for more they c oh ld not understand why we needed more. One day the towels were not picked up to be replaced w clean towels. The guy at the desk said we’ll bring them to me. The security is poor. At night the main door is left open and often no one was at the front desk.

Staff were excellent. An older property but rejuvenated. Didn't have the breakfast. Priced right.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

Ample parking

Location was the key and the price was right. Breakfast wasn't anything special but I didn't stay there for the breakfast. For the price it was about what I expected in an older motel.
