Location was prefect. We visited several cities in the area and took part in various activities. Tried several local restaurants and was very impressed with the food and friendliness of the staff. Plan to return for another visit. No complaints.

I would rate the room a 3 out of 10. Room was as clean as you can make a room that requires maintenance, carpet was filthy, room could use a fresh coat of paint, few needed upgrades for the price.

I found our room to be very clean. It was a great place to stay for my nephew's wedding.

A cot bed wasn’t available or extra pillow or blanket. Plus there was staff that doesn’t understand what I was talking about.

It was close to the venue we were attending. The room was quiet. The room / hotel was not visually appealing. It looked rundown (chipped paint, bathroom old, shower low water pressure). No extra seating in room even though there was space for a couch or chairs.

clean room. People smoking pot outside both nights. Halls stunk like pot. No do not disturb for the door. Cleaning staff opening the door and trying to clean multiple times while resting. Carpet in hallway is filthy with stains.

Location was great. Breakfast had options. The rooms smelled like sewage. We ran the AC and they gave us air freshener. The carpet was so gross and felt greasy so we felt like we had to wear socks the whole time. The duvet was stained. Weirdly, there was a fancy electric light up mirror in the vanity - that money could have been spent on new carpeting.

Compared to most hotels in the area this is the best budget friendly one for the price. The facility is definitely in need of new furniture and an upgrade but everything is actually well cleaned. There wasn’t any noticeable filth just signs of excessive wear on some of the furniture. All in all the hotel was cleaned like a Hyatt but well noticed around the property of some re-vamping.
