Comfortable bed Dark and old decor
-
Nice sized rooms, was quiet. Great location for the events we were attending. Breakfast did not much fruit..only apples & oranges. The overall appearance was worn out..needs a refresh. Lots of marks or paint chipped walls, soiled carpet areas, is dark & dingy

Nice hotel
-
The hotel was nice. But the staff kept taking our personal towels no matter what color they was
-
The problem was we brought own own towels dry towels were white but if paying attention you can see it's not the hotels towels. What missed me off was 2 days in a row the cleaners came in my room an took my face towels that were colored absolutely not the hotels they don’t have colored towels, on top of that they didn't replace any towels nor did they clean the room both days they came in. The kicker is we suppose to request a cleaning cus we stayed 7 days we didn't request but they still came in our room! So 3 🌟!

Very small portions, small cups, everything was minimal, we skipped it the second day. Even the fruit was super small, no bananas The hot tub was gross, we would not go in it, no towels. No fan in the bathroom, no toiletries, no ice machine on our floor had to go hunt for one. Everything was small and minimal but clean

Needed a room for the night in the area after leaving the hospital that day. Paid $190. The front desk man and woman for check & check out.. very nice, very helpful. The room, well.. it was clean-ish. We walked in and my girlfriend immediately said it smelled like someone has sprayed heavy pine scent to cover marijuana smell. That was whatever. We opted out of using the shower (which I really, really had been looking forward to), as the floor was black with mold. That part was pretty unforgivable. The sink faucet seemed to be broke as well. TV was a bit dated and limited, ended up going to Walmart to buy a Roku. Didn't see the pool, so no comment. Was woken up 2 hours earlier than the alarm because the wall shared with the next room was paper thin and had a heavy, heavy snorer. Was excited for the breakfast, and I'll just say it was a huge letdown.. and for many years I lived out of hotels for work so I thought I'd see it all. All in all, I don't want to bash the place.. and thank you to the workers; but we won't be back to the property.

There was hair on our bathroom counter and water stopped up in the tub when we arrived. The room smelt very musky and was 80 degrees when we got in the room. The AC did cool down the room but if you knew guest coming to a room maybe you should cool it down a bit. The water NEVER got hot, it was luke warm and then got cold quickly. We asked the front desk about the water temp and she said she had never heard about the water being cold and said there were no problems with the hot water.

We were not there long but the room was clean and breakfast was the standard fare, hot coffee and nice selection.

Andrew at the front desk was really nice and helpful, probably the best host I’ve ever had at a hotel. Unfortunately, the room didn’t mean our expectations. Our room didn’t have any hot water the first night, Andrew was able to reset it and it worked for the 2nd night, then it didn’t work again the next morning. Our shower didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner and they were not refilled during the day when housekeeping came in..the AC seemed to be a little weak as well. There weren’t any extra pillows or blankets, pillows weren’t the nicest. Some workmanship in the caulking and trim around the jacuzzi could be nicer. Didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled nice. One small request would be to upgrade TV’s to smart TVs so we can use our Netflix.
