Comfort Suites Delavan - Lake Geneva Area

The staff was very friendly and the hotel over all was very clean, except for the hot tub. I would give the hotel 5 stars, however when I entered the hot tub the jets were on and I didn't realize at first how bad it was. I started noticing the dirt and mold around the edges and when the jets stopped I realized I was sitting in merky water. The swimming pool was clean and a nice temp! Not like some places that keep them freezing. Air conditioning in the room was great. It was like a white noise and put us to sleep. The room doors shut easily with a loud bang, so you might want to keep that in mind. I was jarred awake a couple of times from someone letting their door slam shut. We would stay here again.

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very helpful. They had the best breakfast I've ever had from a hotel. Only complaint is that I wish the coffee was stronger.

Great place to stay

The breakfast was disappointing. Just plain old eggs and sausage and pretty much the same every day. No fresh baked goods and no bananas.

Clean rooms Night clerks not around

The room was very clean. Pool area and hot tub were a great bonus. Close to a variety of stores and restaurant options.

Toilets were very low impossible to get on and off of. Couldn’t reach toilet paper a good 3 ft away. Tv didn’t work, most of the lights didn’t work. We did not stay asked for our money back. Staff was ok and gave us our money back. Was told that even the handicapped rooms had the low toilets.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, before leaving for Europe. It was a great experience and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the complimentary breakfast. Our bathroom did lack a plunger, not that I'm admitting to clogging the toilet, but the front desk remedied that and provided one.

The room was very comfortable and I liked the layout. I didn’t have a fan in the bathroom which made the floor pretty slippery.

Wonderful welcoming staff, generous breakfast offering, immaculate grounds and common areas including spacious rooms, 10 minute drive to Lake Geneva and lovely indoor pool. There is only one front desk attendant and they have multi duties resulting in long delays at check-in and other front desk services.

I've stayed here many times before, and it's always a good experience.

Has a non-smoking policy and warning that smokers would be given an extra cleaning fee. I appreciate this policy, as I’m allergic to tobacco and weed. The suite we stayed in was overtaken with pot smells and it was strong! I immediately approached service desk, because I did not want to be charged for the cleaning. The night crew was not concerned, and neither was the morning staff. Not sure why thy do not support the rules they have posted.

Very clean and conveniently located. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast could be a little better but the hot tub works great !!!

I thought I was booking a much nicer place based on the ratings, etc on Booking.com. Quite disappointed.
