Great location - close to Lake Geneva and Lake Delavan!

Front desk staff after that issue, was not friendly. Pool water was cloudy, not clean enough to use. Hot breakfast was the same every day. The kitchen attendant was very nice, and very good at her job.

One in our party requires a wheelchair to move around. We stayed in an "accessible" room. The room was big. But the bathroom was difficult. The bench for the tub was hidden under the sink. The tub sides were low so it was easier to swing legs over but very far distance to sit down. There were a lot of grab bars. Little store did not carry any type of protein snack.

Very pleasant atmosphere nice hot tub and pool. The room was great, but there was no vending machines on the third floor. That’s the only thing everything else was wonderful. No vending machine or ice machine on third floor

Room has funny smell, bathrooms fan don’t work. Blow dryer’s plug is falling apart. Bed is very comfortable thou. Breakfast was good.

The best was comfy The couch and furniture was old. Bathroom in our room was dirty, brown splatters on the wall and black hairs in the tub. The tub itself was dirty. We went to the hot tub and it was very dirty and the pool was nasty. There was stuff floating all in the pool.
