Wow what a hidden gem! Our accommodations had everything we needed and more! Definitely would stay again!

Our stay at the Berkshire was wonderful. The property is very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Having a very clean and ready to use barbecue grill was an added plus. The staff were prompt on the few request we had, mainly for ice. Everyday they brought fresh beach towels. It was an added bonus not to have to pay for parking. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you for the great stay.

This property was very clean and tidy, totally recommend this place for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The fees are worth the money for what you get.. totally going back to stay there again.

The bed was comfortable. The Kitchen adequate . The pool was nice and there were other outside games as well. The Furniture was nice . The hot water was plentiful. We would stay there again. If they offered off Season Florida Resident discounts or had a call me list when reservation are slacking and willing to let rooms go $75 would be nice as our Daughter lives in Boynton beach and we live in Naples an hour and half away and we would stay more often Wish there was were an indoor laundry, An ATM machine and couple more handicap parking spaces . a bench in the covered breeze way when waiting on a ride like Uber. Would be a plus. Possibly A hand vac to keep the floors and cabinets counters clean. Across where the Stature is would be a great spot for a Bench There wasn't anything that we did not like.

This place is the best location ever right on the beach there is a grill some cool games rooms are so clean and massive the tv is the seize of Regal theatre just perfect

Location was great, beach front in Delray, close to shopping on Linton Ave, and a short car ride or long walk to the action on Atlantic Ave. The property itself was beautiful and quiet! Old Florida, not those obnoxious multistory condo and hotels that crowd the southeast shoreline now adays and had excess to the beach. Pool area and grounds were very well kept. The room was just big enough. Sitting area with dining area, small kitchen, kind of a small bathroom (good enough to shower and get ready for the day) and spacious bedroom. All just as the pictures show. The staff was really pleasant, and I would highly recommend this property. Be aware, though, there is only one parking spot per condo and that is for real, there are like 20 or 21 condos and only 21 parking spots.

Well situated, easy access to great beach. Facilities met all our needs. The “final” check-in messages explained the details of the lockbox key access process. Our one request for staff help (ice for cooler) was responded to promptly.

Everything was great!

It was beautiful and had an amazing location. Everything was excellent except the orange light fixture outside. It glowed inside where the pull out couch was making it difficult to sleep.

Very convenient location, easy parking, immaculate yard and pool area, and the beach was just a step outside the pool area. Great place for families!
