Nice beach location with Paul and Restaurant with Water view

Beautiful place. Not inexpensive, but definitely luxurious

We enjoyed our stay at this resort mostly for the pool and beach amenities. Unfortunately the room smelled very humid, so much so that we only were in the room to sleep. The coffee condiments in the room were full of mold when we opened it. These are sealed so I know it’s not the staffs fault but I have to assume it’s from how humid the room is. The staff was very nice and the pool and beach amenities were great. The dinner at latitudes, however, really was not very good and the staff when we went for dinner were very short with us and honestly made us feel like leaving as we’d ask questions and the answers were quick and seemed almost like they were bothered we’d ever asked a question. The food and staff at breakfast was better but for the amount you pay really was just OK. While we enjoyed the beach and pool, I don’t think this is somewhere we would return again.

very disappointing. We have stayed here previously. They supposedly were giving us an upgrade for our Anniversary but instead gave us a downgrade. So disappointed that they would even give this room to someone in the future. The room’s view was blocked by 2 trees that had bugs coming off them onto the small terrace. The terrace was so small their rocking chairs could not even move on them. Once again, they should be ashamed of themselves to consider this an upgrade.

Great value. Clean and friendly staff. Great location right on the beach. Delano the manager is absolutely fantastic in making sure everyone is satisfied and enjoying themselves. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, good experience good location, pool and beach combination is very good.

The customer service was superb, the resort was clean and well maintained, great location. Food and drinks were excellent. definitely coming back.

Very cute hotel with perfect location

Room smelled musty when we arrived. The AC was great though and the room was cold and beds comfortable. I have a lot of pending charges on my card, waiting to see the bill since we only charged to our room twice. Called to ask for the bill but have not received it yet.

It appears to be an old build which also shows build up of dirt. I would say the hall carpet, elevator floor, hasn't been cleaned in a year. It does have easy check in and out. The staff are all nice. The pool is too small since the beach is so dirty and everybody is in the pool. I stayed at another Opal resort recently in Clearwater, FL and I have to say there isn't a good comparison.

Issues with the room. My son and husband got food poisoning at the pool bar. I received a ‘complimentary” pack of Pepto for that 🙄 I don’t think the two snacks we got were comped, so we paid for the bad pizza. AC struggled and room was warm. Water leak from fridge upon check in, coffee machine now working. We’ve stayed here previously and had issues then, which were addressed and taken care of. Mntc was great, valet guys are awesome. I just don’t think we’ll go back.

STAYED THERE FOR A WEDDING, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT FROM THE VALET TO THE ROOM. STAFF WAS AMAZING. THE BEACH WAS RELAXING. NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THE SEAWEED THIS TIME OF YEAR IT HAPPENS SO I DIDNT EVEN FACTOR THAT INTO MY STAY REVIEW. ALLROUND AMAZING STAY WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

Everything was good. The food was good. The room was clean

Memorial Day weekend and very busy but 2 days of cleanup after 4 pm was the only complaint this time. Still our go to and recommended hotel for Delray and Boca Raton Florida
