The smell of the room was awful, there were several cracks in the shower, the towels in the bathroom were moist and looked unclean (no problem getting fresh ones from the front desk).

Room was dirty like someone stayed in it. Water was brown. Room smelt like cigarettes and mildew. Took a hour to check in. Going through construction

The AC didn't work and nor did the TV. I was able to change rooms. Every time you turned the water on it came out brown.

Beds were a little firm for my liking, shower poured out brown water at first. Breakfast was ok.

Checked in at 7pm. First room was not ready. All linens were on the floor And room was dirty. Receptionist was very nice. Second room TV didn’t work and it had a hot tub, that didn’t work. Overall not what I am used to from these hotels. Elevator was also broken so that was Great!

I didn't have a key card since there key card machine was down. The employee had to let everyone in their rooms every time they left their rooms. Also, the TV did not work.

Dirty carpet, bathroom floor; no complete towel sets, nasty toilet bowl. Very unclean !
