Great location on the beach. Nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Good sized refrigerator. Room was a little worn. Could use updating.

30 second walk from room 101 to the ocean , can't beat that ! Pristine beach

We just love the price, location, and pet-friendliness of the Sea Shell Motel! The beach is so peaceful and beautiful, love that you can walk to various food places. We were in room 2 on the ground floor and the ONLY "complaint" we had was the light right outside our window made it a little hard to fall asleep. We ended up using a blanket as an additional curtain to block the light.

This spot is beautiful located directly on the beach. The rooms inside were very clean. The shared spaces not as much. The television was not working and the house manager could not fix the issue on our stay. It was quiet and peaceful just what was needed.

Great location—you really can’t beat being right on the beach with a beautiful view! Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was perfect and a nice way to start the day. The rooms are definitely basic and a bit dated, but everything was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay, especially for the location!

The location, beach access and parking spot are great! Breakfast didn’t include any real healthy options. Fruit like apple, banana or oranges would have been appreciated.

Breakfast isn’t anything special, just pastries. But direct access to the beach and they provide chairs is so ideal for a beach getaway.

This motel is a diamond in the rough. It sits right on the beach. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. The motel is very clean and the staff is great. The continental breakfast was perfect. This was our second stay and we will be back next year!

This was our second time staying at the Sea Shell Motel and once again it did not disappoint. We love the location, the beach and the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the motel and the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not bring our pets but love that we have the option to do so. We are already looking forward to our vacation here next year.

Excellent stay, right on a small private beach. Nice mid-Cape location. Cable TV (no streaming services), good water pressure in shower. Our room had a little kitchenette which was nice. Bed frames were a little rickety. Basic in-room amenities--no hair dryer in room.

Clean room, helpful and friendly staff. Steps away from a private beach, perfect location. One thing that would make the experience better is if the hotel offered umbrella rentals for the beach. We were caught without one and I needed to run around to a few stores to find one. Otherwise great experience!

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive! Beach was cleaned every morning which was nice. Love how there are enough chairs/tables on the beach for everyone who was staying at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast room was very nice and a great way to start the day.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights to go to a nearby wedding. We travel quite a bit, so the review is reflective of those travels. First off, the office closes at 5:00. So you have to be there before 5. We were there about 5:10 and received no help (how do we get to our room? There were no signs or map indicating where any of the rooms were.) When we arrived there a family of 4 that was also "lost" - they were hoping we could help. After about 20 minutes looking for our room ( the property is not that big but the signage sucked), we were able to locate it. The room itself was large, with two separate bedrooms, a good size bathroom with shower, and a sitting area that consisted of a small refrigerator, a microwave, couch, a small TV, and a bistro table for two. The sliding glass doors off the sitting room put you on a small balcony with two chairs, overlooking the public beach from an angle. The sitting room and the back bedroom had in-wall AC. The back bedroom had two twin beds. As you enter the motel room itself you are in the main bedroom which has a queen bed. The room was very clean. The queen bed was comfortable. The back bedroom had a TV that didn't connect to the cable (bear in mind that we did not report it, but still felt that it should be in working order). The small TV in the sitting area worked just fine. Since we were there on the weekend, coffee and a continental breakfast was offered. The coffee was very good....the rest was so/so.

Pet friendly, clean and right on the beach! Great spot!
