It was so close to the ocean. Beautiful view! The reason we booked this Motel was for the tiki bar and live nightly music. I even checked with the property before booking and was told that both would still be happening at the time of my stay. The day we checked in I was also told the tiki bar and music would be happening during our stay. Ends up neither was the entire stay there. We were very disappointed

As the NY Times puts it, Location, Location, Location. This place (The Three Seasons) is 350 feet from the Atlantic Ocean! Our room was on the 2nd floor with a picture window with a view that was picturesque... They called it Pool View, but it was really Pool, court yard, ocean view. Our deck space (with 2 chairs and [small] table doubled as our entryway; making it easy to meet the neighbors. A short walk and about 20 steps (down) you are on the beach another 150 feet and you are in the Atlantic Ocean! There are 3 restaurants with in a reasonable walking distance and another dozen within a short distance (maybe a long time drive, but a short distance). This is a old town [1639 1st English colonists (1793 became it's town)] with narrow streets that follows old farmland ownership. Throw in beautiful hydrangeas and nice hedges and driving across intersections becomes a slow moving challenge. But this area is worth it. The shops are friendly, the food is plentiful, and once again location, location, location. I have stayed in many beach front hotels, they all have the problem of damp rooms that are very hard to keep the floors clean and safe. The flooring material is very important. And it is hard to find a hotel that is welling to do that. The laminate flooring is showing age and I would venture to say they are less than 5 years old. Sand and salt air rip through soft flooring. Other than that, wonderful room.

To be honest I was there for about 10 hrs just to sleep, we got in late and raining the next day. :( But chance made it awesome and we got a special visit with my nephew which happened to be down the street!. A $9 dollar coffee with no creamer or honey was a total turn off. The diner, Wee Packet down the street was a nice surprise.

The room was right on the beach and the balcony totally with it. The front end wasn't to friendly. No hangers in closet. Broken front door that constantly slammed. Broken beach chairs that needed updating.

I had my shoes for the wedding delivered there ahead of time and they arrived just as we left for the ceremony and the office was kind to keep an eye out for them

The parking space for my room was terrible. I would have to back into the space and do it several times to make sure I was in the space correctly. Also a TRUCK from the other resort next door, was parked over the curb and we could not open the passenger door. Space 33 is the worse.

This hotel had everything. Beachfront, great staff, bar & restaurant, nightly live music. Leaving

Beach Cafe-only 1 choice for breakfast. Egg sandwich on a hamburger roll. No muffins. I think there should be more choices. When we’ve stayed before there were good options.
-
Amazing ocean views. Exceptional restaurant next door. No tea/coffee facilities. Floors wet and sticky.

Clean, beds were very comfortable and staff friendly. No beach chairs when it advertised (resort) they were all broken and dingy. Parents not watching their children chaos and scary. Says no life guard and parents allowing their children to attend the poolside alone ages 6-8. For the money ??? I'm a 63 year old nurse and went to relax with my sister's for 4 days and I felt like I was at a wolf lodge. Beach is extremely Small.

The location was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s an older property.

Close to every thing. The beac is right there. All the chairs were broken for the beach. In the room there was black tape to keep the floor together. Clean. Noisy until 1am at night kids running around near the fire pit.

Great location and beautiful facilities. Enjoyed the amenities and live music! Staff was also great. We were next door to a family with yelling adults and screaming children at all hours. This was NO fault of the hotel.

Location Very run down for the price. Extremely loud and noisy. Accommodations extremely run down and out dated. Definitely in need of repairs and updates. Sandy dirty floors couldn’t walk barefoot at all. Long time to be checked in waited and waited. Had call months in advance to have adjoining rooms. No assistance accommodated this request. Disappointed for small task of adjoining rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient. The outside bar and the music were nice but I did think the wine was very overpriced. Groups of guests stayed out at the fire pit until 2:30 or 3 am multiple nights and were extremely loud making it difficult to sleep. I thought it was very rude and selfish of these guests but no one on the staff at Three Seasons seemed to care about how loud and obnoxious they were. I would have thought they would have been asked to keep the noise down or go inside their rooms so other guests could sleep. Afterall it was 2:30 in the morning! The other annoying thing was someone kept parking in our parking spot multiple times so we had to go to the office each time to get a different spot to park.

We liked the outside bar and entertainment and proximity to beach they had a take out breakfast place on the property but only had tea and coffee. Each day they told us tomorrow we'll have breakfast food but never did have it. There were NO lounge chairs on the beach like most hotels in this area have. They had a bunch of dirty, ripped, broken sand chairs for guests to use (they should have been tossed in the garbage, they were just disgusting). If we knew there were no lounges provided we would have brought some with us. If families have to bring their own chairs for the beach, it would take up too much room in the car.

Great location. Cape Vibe maintained. Rooms are sparsely decorated but very clean. Ocean/front view with balcony was a treasure and the availability of a snack shop for breakfast coffee and items for lunch was a great amenity. Beach chairs on offer were in disrepair but almost everyone totes their stuff from home. Could have used hangers in the room!

The outdoor area was nice, parking was convenient, the location near the beach was great, and the area felt pretty safe overall. The room needed several repairs, including a piece of flooring that was missing. I also had some safety concerns. The door only had one lock and no deadbolt, and the parking spaces are labeled with your room number, so anyone passing by or employees/customers from the nearby restaurant could potentially tell which room you’re staying in based on where you park. It was also very loud at night, the room didn’t feel particularly clean, and no bottled water was provided.

Location!! Kind staff and family friendly atmosphere. Great views photo opportunities on and up from the beach. Chairs and cabanas available from hotel to borrow 1st come 1st served . I had to leave and go to back to work ,where I seldom get the chance to enjoy stress relieving ocean time .
