The private beach was great and our room had an ocean view. But the property is a bit run-down

No hangers in closet, no remote for TV. Small room old and dingy. Bed uncomfortable. Nice view of ocean from outside area.

The pool, hot tub, beach, and friendly staff made the stay well worth it. We were truly able to relax. Close by is several great restaurants, Hyannis, shopping and tours, we will stay here again. Just wish the room was bigger and the facility needs a few very minor improvements. All in all, very nice.

They gave us a room on the back next to laundry room very small bathroom and tub was very high bumped my leg trying to get in Run down room carpets were ripped and dirty we had to through our socks away beautiful outside views had plenty of other good rooms but we didn’t get

The location was perfect...right on the beach. The rooms were spacious. The pool area was a great spot to sit and relax. The rooms were a bit dated. The shower was broken and had barely any water pressure and the water was luke warm.

Pool, on private beach, cleanliness of room, staff pleasant, location of facility Not at all good for the value. Very old facility. Walmart coffee pot (new) took over a 1:2 hour to drip the coffee! Set up of room terrible -itty bitty table at opposite end of room no counter space. “Cafe” out doors prices terrible, drinks terrible a joke. Gate at sliding glass door for safety so can’t use the door! Check it out see what u think!

The room was outdated and the AC was loud. But the room was clean. The hot tub and pool are functional but not luxurious by any means. The cafe/bar were closed for weather, leaving nothing on site. Is walkable to Ocean House but not coffee shops or convenience/snack stores. Obvious why it was the most reasonably priced based on decor and amenities but the beachfront was nice and the staff was very pleasant
