The hotel is good and in a good location. Comfortable. We have stayed here before. This time though, when going to the room assigned to us, the key opened the door but the inside latch was hooked so it caught. A man came to the door to see what was going on. Back to the front desk - much confusion and finally we got a key to a new room. Entered that room with the TV on welcoming someone with a name other than mine. A bit of an uneasy feeling thinking someone else may be coming into this room. Just quite a bit of frustration and wasted time.

It’s a good, clean, comfortable hotel. The breakfast selection was great.

The only thing I didn't like was that breakfast on Saturday didn't start until 7am and I had a 7:30am appointment to get to, so breakfast was rushed. But it was delicious with lots of options!

We arrived much earlier than expected and were able to check in hours earlier than usual. The breakfast was very good as well.

Booking.com changed the date I set, charged me and would not allow me to change or get a refund.

This will be my last time I use Expedia. The room: Bathroom fan broken, two days to repair. No open windows. Television; Hung crooked on the wall with left side 3 inches lower than the right side. No one cares.

Breakfast was good. All personnel was respectful and accommodating.

Room was updated and clean. Sign in lobby noted breakfast starting at 6. Unless I read incorrectly, by 6:15 there was only coffee and a little fruit. That should not be advertised as a free breakfast. $75 per night dog fee is pricey. Thank you.

Location and price Supposed to have been 2 queens size beds but it looked like fulls. The pool area smells like natural gas. I reported it to the desk guy but he didn’t seem concerned.
