This place sucked and was horrible. Also my room was reaching 80 to 90 degrees both days I was there and my air

The kitchenettes were great the only problem we had was the key scan in the door kept going out so you know had to go down to get another one but other than that it was amazing.

The room key cards usually only work once. Happened 14 out of 16 times during my 4 day stay. Most of the staff were rude and dismissive. They violated my rights under the ADA for my service animal.

The pool was probably the cleanest pool I’ve ever been in. Absolutely pristine. Room was clean and breakfast area was well maintained.

More options like bagels and muffins. I requested for non smoking room but l can still perceived cigarette odor in the room l was assigned.
