SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denton

Exceptional

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Clean and well maintained. Better breakfast than most! Rebook for next stay in DFW .

Room was clean, easy parking, helpful staff! We will stay again!

Deceivingly big property. The front staff were very nice and the whole lobby area smelled like it had recently been cleaned. While were not there long enough to use most of the amenities, it has a nice hall for gatherings, beautiful bar, indoor pool and more. The room was clean. The breakfast was standard par for free hotel breakfast.

Everything

Superb

Friendly staff, great property, and within travel proximity for the purpose of our trip and for all the things that we needed.

a very large cockroach threw my shoe back at me the one elevator smelled like death

Great hotel! Delicious breakfast with healthy options, spacious suite with comfy beds, friendly helpful staff. Would stay here again!

Breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety. Trash pick up and towel replenishment. They did not collect the trash every morning. We were free to place the towels that we did not want to reuse on the floor but they did not automatically replace them. When I enquired at the front desk I was told that trash pick up is every other day, and we had to request for fresh towels. I guess I have never noticed that about them because I have only stayed one night at a time.

Noisy aircon very very loud and noisy

Clean room, good breakfast

Very nice overall

Wonderful staff. They were polite and helpful. This is an affordable place to stay, but the room we were in was really needing repairs. The feeling you get once you’re past the lobby is this place needs a good design redo and some investment into newer finishes. But if affordability is the priority, then this is a good place to stay!

Location, price and cleanliness There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

The staff was amazingly friendly and so very helpful. Every time I ran down to the marketplace, I never had to say my room number, they remembered who I was, and even helped me find the closest store to get gift wrapping for my daughter's present.

Didn't have a chance to eat breakfast. Staff was absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly (front desk)
