La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denton - University Drive

The room was clean. Parts of hotel looked older. Overall, it was okay. My only complaint was that I was charged an extra $60 when my bill was closed out. The hotel blamed expedia and expedia is difficult to reach so I never got an answer. So buyer beware if you use this hotel or expedia

the room was clean ,staff were friendly and helpful the breakfest was very good I would recommend the motel it was one of the best LA Quinta's my wife and I have stayed at we were there for 3days

Everything was fine

Front desk very welcoming. But the room was very humid for the entire stay. I think the drains on the AC units need to be checked. Also some machines in the gym weren't working. Other than that we had a good stay.

Unfortunately, the second room came with its own issue\. As soon as we opened the door, the entryway had a very strong urine smell\. Surprisingly, the rest of the room didn’t have that odor, and the air conditioner worked well\. The bathroom was actually the cleanest part of the room\. Between the odors and overall condition of both rooms, I didn’t get any sleep\. The food was just okay—nothing memorable\. The one bright spot was the staff\. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. They even took the time to help us print an important document for a college orientation, which we really appreciated. While the customer service was excellent, the condition of the rooms made this stay one I wouldn’t choose again.

Both rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good for a fast option. Rooms stayed cool.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay when traveling, I left my special pillow there and called them they send me a link to claim the pillow and pay for shipping to send it home to me! Not every hotel will do that, Clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast

We booked a room with two beds, but were put in a king room. The manager brought us an air mattress FROM HIS CAR.

Clean rooms and lobby, excellent staff

The room was good. The only thing I did not like was how dim the bathroom lighting was - a little hard to put on makeup. I don't need ambiance lighting in there

Stayed there 3 nights and not once did they ask us if we needed fresh towels or anything! I had to put trash cans out in hallway to even get them emptied! Walking down hallway to go to a side door and it always smelt bad, like dirty diapers. The breakfast tasted like jail food! Will not return there.

Very good hotel

Room had a bad smell most likely related to the AC unit that’s leaking because the carpet is damp below it.

New, clean place. Highly recommend. Great price. Good location.

The room smelled like mold and the carpets were wet during our stay. The pool was unbelievably cold and had soggy chips all over the ground. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Staff was very friendly
