My friend and I spent Sept. 4-6 at this nasty place. First our door would not lock, they send a lady and her brother that does not work there he came with beer in hand. After they studied the lock I was told to put my ass into it and slam that ho. The room was filthy. Towels looked used, air conditioning did not work. I cleaned the filters. There’s black mold, stove was used and not cleaned, floor hadn’t been cleaned in months. I have pictures but I see there’s not a place to post them. The 2nd day we ask for towels and were told NO. We did however manage to move the frig in front of the door to keep people out after someone came in our room while we were there. At night it looked like a gathering place for the homeless, all around the building people were drinking and smoking weed. The last night the workers and some guests were in the lobby playing cards and drinking.

Had a huge issue with just the check in itsself and lack of information to go off from both the app and front desk. Finally got checked into my room an hour later for one night instead of 2 and walked into my room turned on the lights and the bug presence was very much there and definitely made my skin crawl , type of hotel you sleep with socks on and don’t shower either . Waited 2 hours just to get my check in figured out for the next night and just all around terrible stay .

Roa Roaches..dirty tub..toilet didn't work..rude staff.. filthy worst hotel I have ever stayed in..nasty..needs to be closed down..crackheads everywhere...room smelled like mildew

The hotel was like a fighting scene with so many homeless people tripping in and fighting all night. When I called reception to report it, they yelled at me as if I was a child. I booked the hotel for 2 nights but left after the first night without reimbursement because I could not sleep the entire first night. It was a hell of experience. Everything about the hotel is a mess

I didn't like the fact the rooms are clean every 14 days.
