Bathroom was dirty, left a wet, dirty washcloth in the tub. Understaffed; only one person at check-in, no staff anywhere to be found in the morning. Would not recommend staying here.

I booked a room. I showed up. They said they had no rooms. I left immediately.

Didn’t like that they were blaring bible verses on the lobby tv at 5:30am.

Excellent value.

I mean...it was fine. We stayed there for one night so we could have easy access to DIA at five in the morning. It fit the bill just fine. The carpet was a bit worn. The elevator was slow. Everything was a bit noisy. But for what we wanted and what we paid...call it a win!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, competent and helpful. My room was very nice, spacious and clean. I had asked for an airport shuttle the next morning. I was up early so decided to try and make an earlier shuttle. There was a big group of students waiting…noisy and chaotic. I was told the shuttle was full, so I was fine with waiting a for the next. At the last minute the driver came to get me . The staff and that driver were so helpful about it all! Can’t thank them enough. All in all, I highly recommend this motel.

I do not recommend this hotel. I accidentally booked a room and called immediately after and they still charged me and said you have to cancel in advance and I had just booked. Also they do not respond of check their hotel chat that they contact you from.

I could not be happier that I found this hotel on my unexpected overnight stay at the Denver airport. I called at 6:45pm and the very friendly and helpful receptionist booked me into a wonderful room. She gave me directions to the shuttle pickup area and I was on the shuttle by 7pm! The entire hotel and my room were super clean. It was very quiet and the bed was really comfortable. The free breakfast was nice and the shuttle back to the airport was right on time. I will absolutely stay at The Americann if I ever need an overnight in Denver again.

The coffee was good.

The manager took a call from me late as I needed help due to an airline issue! All I can say is customer service and kindness is alive and well👍
