Staff was wonderful. Shuttle was great. Room was large even though old. Just thought there was a restaurant on premises other than breakfast from information. Restaurant was available next door at other hotel. Good place at good rate to stay before early departure at airport.

The couch in the room was too low.

The van upon our arrival was not giving us an accurate estimate of when it would arrive. The driver kept reporting numerous times that he was just a few minutes away - for 45 minutes! The van driver in the morning was on-time and professional.

At check in I had asked for a 10pm shuttle back to the airport as I was only staying there for the day during my 11hr layover in DEN. The receptionist said to be down 5 mins prior. I was at the lobby waiting for the shuttle since 9:52pm until 10:20pm, I asked the receptionist twice about the shuttle but was told it was on its way. I had an 11:40pm flight to catch so again after waiting 30 mins I ordered another $25 uber back to the airport. I don’t know why they advertise complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport if it’s not something they can guarantee at their posted scheduled times knowing very well how important it is for travelers who need to catch flights. I ended up spending $50 out of my pocket on uber rides to/from the airport due to their lack of having a reliable shuttle service. Last time staying here for me I guess.

Staff was great, helpful, and friendly. We did an early check in and we were help and checked us in quick. We did had trouble with our key card, we had to get them activated a couple of times and the elevators at times was not functioning. Our tub got clogged too. Breakfast was ok. Two days in a row they served the same meal, potatoes and bean burritos. Plus they had other options like, bagels, toast, dry cereal, oatmeal and coffee but they could’ve have different options every day for the main meal.

Basic room was slightly dated, but clean and well equipped. Great stay! Thank You!

If you're looking for a place to actually park your car (the lot is Sooo full, there is no safe parking) and have reliable shuttle service. Don't book a stay here. Beds were hard as a rock and everything was very dated.

We got what we paid for, a cheap hotel room. The beds were actually fairly comfortable and it was clean. I don’t think I would stay here again though. It was probably a nice hotel once but it’s definitely on its way out (quality-wise).

Would not stay here again. Very old and dirty. Cockroaches in bathroom. Not enough parking. Couldn’t even eat breakfast because we were too grossed out by the roaches. Very disappointed. No offer of a refund or discount.

Meh. Air didn’t work in my room and I was not offered another one. Slept terrible.

Was everything we expected. Was thankful for the 5am breakfast.

Still a decent stay.

Clean enough. Staff friendly and the shuttle is great

When we did our usual bed bug check, there was black goo on a mattress pad and another mattress pad simply put over top to fix it.

Airport shuttle was convenient and efficient especially for our early morning flight.

Convenient to the airport and gas for rental cars.
