Staybridge Suites Denver International Airport by IHG

For the price, you get what you pay for. Noisy neighbors. Strong presence of marijuana odor. Garage parking a bit sketchy (people just milling around). Bathroom not super clean. Reception and lobby area is nice. Convenient to the malls. Overall a bit dingy.

Clean rooms, free breakfast

The property and the rooms were clean overall. Check-in was standard until I realized I wasn't asked about parking. I just happened to see a sign in the lobby that read I would have to pay for parking separately online. That was something I have never had to do before at any of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at, so there was no way I would have known. The front desk never told me I had to do this in order to set up and pay for parking. I checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Monday. Room service showed up twice just for light housekeeping. We checked in with 4 towels and only 3 were replaced. Coffee was never replaced. I called the front desk on Sunday to ask if we could have new towels and coffee. She told me she didn't know how to do it because housekeeping doesn't work on the weekends, but would figure it out and send them up. I guess she gave up trying to get me these things because I never received them. I don't think it was too much to request fresh towels. We had one bag (the bag that was in the room when we checked in) of regular coffee in our room for a 5-night stay for both my husband and me. Parking was crowded, and one night after returning from dinner, the lot was completely full. We had to wait for someone to leave so we could park. Obviously, the hotel does not keep track of its parking. Although the hotel was clean and close to the airport, the front desk was not helpful or informative, and I left feeling that the stay was not that great.

Hotel was very nice overall! Clean, spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Nice property. Lots of fast food and dining options within a couple of miles. Close to the airport, but a tad inconvenient if you want to do anything downtown. Upon check-in, we found the dishwasher in our room was leaking everywhere; we were quickly moved to a new room that was the same size, so that was just a small bump in the road. Our only complaint is that the elevators are really sketchy. They shake, make a lot of noise, are very hot, and are quite small. We would have just taken the stairs if we weren't on the 5th floor 😅

Love the second room with 2 beds for our family. Nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Yogurt bar was a hit with my teenagers.

I stay in lots of hotels every year. This hotel had the best full breakfast I’ve ever since anywhere! Excellent! Very unusual for a hotel.

Excellent staff. The availability of breakfast before 5 AM was greatly appreciated.

Stay with our family overnight to catch an early flight the next morning. The two bedroom suite was perfect for seven of us.

Didn't like paying for parking.

Room was PERFECT! It had enough space for four people to unwind and rest before an expectedly long day of travel (after an unexpectedly long family vacation). Tom the shuttle driver was super generous, helpful, and quite a character!

Great experience. We were tired from flight delays. The front desk was welcoming, rooms comfortable and clean, shuttle right on time.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a good price for such a big room. We booked the 2 bedroom and slept a family of 5 comfortably. There was so much room everyone had their own space. Bathrooms were clean, room was updated and very well taken care of as well.

I've never used a hotel shuttle before, but on this trip I required it many times. The front line staff was always helpful (even when I was calling from the airport) and the driver's were great. Room was clean and put together. Everyone was on point for my trip, only good things to say about my experience at the Staybridge.

Clean, spacious, staff are very helpful. Shuttle service to airport is reliable. We are very pleased with our stay. It’s perfect for family.
