Garner Hotel Denver Airport Area by IHG

Didn't like I had to pay for parking.

Take advantage of the hotel shuttle when traveling. Downtown you can use the A train and can transport to the airport and use the shuttle to get back to your hotel.

I had to take a different hotel shuttle from the airport because the shuttle for the hotel never showed up even after calling the hotel to confirm we were getting picked up. We waited on the West side as directed for over an hour. I called the hotel 8 times, no answer. Called corporate and they called the hotel and still no help. When I finally got to the hotel I asked for the driver's name and the manager information and the young kid kept rolling his eyes at me and was really rude. I try to only stay at ihg hotels but I won't stay here again. Traveling is stressful enough and this situation made things even more stressful. They also raised their parking fee to $11/night.... But why, their cost doesn't change and their shuttle service sucks. Yes, I know that is cheaper than the airport but again, their shuttle service sucks.

It is what you pay for. A cheap hotel close to the airport. We didn’t use the pool because the water was super cold. Breakfast was okay and shuttle worked. Worked for a quick night but wouldn’t want to spent any extra time there.

The room had a dirty washcloth in the bathroom, and was a handicap room- I'm not handicapped. The shower head kept sliding down while using. The black out curtains didn't close and a giant light shined in the window all night long.

The hotel staff was great in giving directions and looking for alternatives to my transportation needs in town and to a distant location (Granby); I truly appreciate their effort snd empathy Location is perfect if you are looking for a place close to the Airport, the hotel has a free Transfer service every 30 minutes to and from the airport The parking is not free, the fee is 11 dollars daily and this information wasn't given in the Booking information, every person that arrived and was told about this, didn't know and expressed their disapointment due the lack of this information at Booking

Took over an hour to check in. Room was not cleaned well, sink did not drain. Advertised free parking, hotel charged a separate $11 fee.

Everything I had a handicap room and the shower chair was already bent and I didn't know it until I fellwith the chair in the shower...I know I couldn't have bent it because I am lucky if I'm 130 pounds...

The location and price. They offered shuttle service to/from the hotel. They had only 1 person on staff to check us in and that night, there were at least a dozen of us checking in. It took more than 30 minutes and more for those waiting after us.
