The room is smelly, beds were so small.. we booked double queen as 3 of us are staying. The ac is not working

Room smelled horrible & no soap in the bathroom. Parking was an issue as well. They need to do some upgrading.

Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Amenities were good. Location is close to Pena Station if you want to go to downtown Denver. Restaurants within walking distance.

The handicap parking was way in back of the building and the paid parking was next to the front door are sink stopped up and there was no one to fix it so they brought us a plunger and we fixed it the lights in the hallway are out in the hallways were very dark

The water in our shower had no pressure. We had to take longer showers than normal because the pressure was so low. The door to our room would not close completely without pulling it closed. Monday morning we were met with construction in the hotel. The breakfast was would you would expect for free. The fruit didn’t seem that fresh. The hotel was a nonsmoking hotel but it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana! But at least it was a place to sleep!

Hotel staff with the exception of 2 were rude and dismissive . The staff that clean the room never gave enough towels and washcloths for the amount of people in the room and when ask about more washcloths, they never had any clean and would offer a towel to bathe with. The staff allowed guest to leave bags of trash in front of their door, making the hallway smell awful, and when it was brought to their attention, they said they’ll look into it left for several hours and came back and it was still there. The trash stayed in front of that guest door for two days. Will not stay there again.

Great location, large room, pleasant staff and many breakfast choices. While their website says parking available, it is actually paid parking via an app that requires you to register your vehicle, the cost is approximately $10 a day. This should be included in their hotel information. We had a pleasant stay.

Let me preface I was there from 7pm to 430am for one night. The things I can speak to is the value fir the high price I paid. Taking an aged building and repainting and rugs was not worth the cost. Paint in the rooms sloppy, the bath sink stand was terribly abused, down to bare wood on many spots. Staff, I interacted with where present and did the typical thank you but nothing stood out. It felt as if we where an interupting. Kids running in the hall, banging on doors at 930 at night. There are better deals for the cost.

Ice machine on our floor didnt work, and the hot tub switch to turn on the jets also didnt work. All around it seemed like the hotel could use some maintenance and tlc.

We just love this LaQuinta- everything was perfect for our stay, we will definitely be back.

Very nice place with convenient airport pickup and drop off. Free breakfast was also nice.

Day bed/sofa is horrible, totally unfit for sleep

We had an amazing stay!! Thank you for everything!! The staff was amazing and amazing!!

Hotel was nice. Front desk individual was also very helpful. Did not know there was a charge for parking and limited handicap spots, and with traveling with someone with disabilities, he waived the charge.

We set up the shuttle and were outside of the lobby at the exact time we scheduled it. We were told the shuttle left without us and that the next one was full so we were out of luck- for that reason I will choose a different hotel nearby next time, but nonetheless it was a nice place for a reasonable price.

The location was nice. The staff at the front desk was friendly and nice. Breakfast was good, pool perfect temp and hot tub amazing. Our first room the water is was way too hot! I couldn’t shower because I’m pregnant with twins and there was absolutely no way any of us could shower because it was too hot. Maintenance guy said “we don’t have cold water” “it’s normal temp” and we were stuck with that room for 2 days! Until we were moved to a suit thankfully with cooler shower water.

Overall a good stay.

The hotel was really hot. Kind of getting out of date.
