Property was very nice and perfect place to stay with a late flight into Denver. Breakfast was great. Water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Free shuttle to the airport. Elevator is at the far end of the hallway, but nobody told us. Other people were confused, too, as we searched for the elevator. A sign and front desk staff informing us would have been appreciated. Also, I thought I had requested a non-feather pillow. It’s possible I forgot, but it’s typically one of the first requests I have. I’m deathly allergic to down and it renders me fighting for my breath. I made do with two bath towels, but it was not a great night’s sleep.

Clean room, helpful staff, and shuttle service to the airport was great - left hotel at 2:30am.

We were met with a very disgruntled staff member who told us to come back after lunch if we didn't want to pay an early check-in fee. We then waited until 2 to check-in and there were no luggage carts available. Our check-in clerk was positive and helpful. Our room was clean. We went to shower and were unable to get any hot water. The front desk clerk (the same who checked us in) was very helpful and after running the water for a very long time was able to get hot water to come up in the shower. My husband was unable to pull up hot water in the sink to shave. The sink drain was abyssmal. Sounds of other guests were very interruptive as we tried to sleep. We were grateful for the airport shuttle which was punctual.

The location and price worked really well for me. Both beds in Rm 314 need to be replaced. They are both too soft and collapse around you.

Clean and the location The only thing was the TV connection wasn’t all that great, it kept going out.
