Frontier staff was not friendly at all! No people skills at all. Lots of hidden prices. They charge just to check you in. Their luggage prices are very expensive more than any other airline I’ve flown! I will never fly Frontier again!

I’ll give an A plus for curtains that actually kept the outside light out - something that is often an issue.

My bathroom had mildew and mold. Informed property as I was only staying for one night and didn’t see my bathtub until the morning I was leaving.

Very close from the airport with 10$ parking fee per day. Airport shuttle service. Nice place

The location is convenient, especially if you're traveling to or from the airport. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful view from our room—we were even able to enjoy an amazing sunset without leaving the hotel. Overall, the combination of spacious rooms, great amenities, excellent service, and convenient location made this one of the best hotels we stayed at during our Colorado trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Denver area.

Older property but a nice clean bed. Beware of an early check in fee between $ 30. &. 50 dollars.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, the free breakfast was nice and perfect!

Easy to find. We had trouble with our room not opening so they gladly gave us a different one. Breakfast was ok but not the best. Be prepared to sit on tiny toilets. Very close to the ground.

Room was not ready, exposed wiring on the AC unit, bed size was not a king, and was promised another room but took forever to get transfered knowing we had a very early check out time(4am). Later said they could move us down the hall, changed their mind. After an 1 later they decided to move us to a room 3 stories up at midnight. Not to mention, very loud neighbors and phone was not a working phone. (Did not have a phone line) which made it impossible to contact hotel helpdesk, had to go in person to front desk.

Room was clean but they provided one small bar of soap and one each of a Single use tube of shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast hrs were from 06:00-08:00. They did not provide the basics of cereal and milk. It was only a one night stay for us due to missed connection but La Quinta did not meet the minimum of expectations.

Little maintenance of graffiti on elevator door. One teeny bar of soap. Cardboard breakfast. Worst of all, we booked the 9:30 shuttle to get to the airport and it didn't show up. Desk clerk couldn't care less - not her company shuttle. We got on the 10:00 shuttle and with the long distances in DEN we almost missed our flight.

Great stay will return and the management and breakfast was fantastic

We then packed up in about an hour and I stopped at the front desk to let the same employee know that we were leaving. He said ok thank you and you should receive a phone call or email at the least from my manger over the weekend or next week regarding the refund. We booked another hotel, for the last two nights of our stay and had no issues. However the hotel manager is still evading my calls and not contacting me back. Even worse the front desk agency spoke with yesterday (3) weeks after our stay said there was no record of the complaint and no record of us checking out early. Absolutely ridiculous, to this day still no contact or refund.

Close to airport with transport

A nice place to stay as most in this chain. The breakfast was not that great with very few options compared to other stays at the same chain. Overall clean and nice staff.
