Reviews

We needed a place close to the airport, affordable, clean and comfy. It was just what we needed.
-
Property very badly aged and quite overpriced.
-
Had to spend $30 on Uber to get to hotel! Hotel is abate on the lower end of hotels.

My vehicle got broken into, and there was simply indifference by the staff. After looking around the parking lot, I noticed another car got broken into, and I called the front desk to alert them to get in touch with the person. I was there for over an hour, and they did not contact that person. And plus, they did not have cameras in their parking lot to help find the perpetrator(s).

Room was decent, helpful staff, parking was okay but had to park where there was light, cars have been broken into so I was warned to park and close to the building and in the light

Front desk was very kind. Line was 10 people deep at midnight so

First of all the exterior of the property looks nice. The lobby entrance is decent. Then you start to notice all the things that need repair. Carpet that is duct taped down in the hallway. Floors of elevators are rough. Don’t even get me started on the pool. The water is so nasty looking we took our daughter to the recreation center to swim. Elevators make loud clanging noises when riding them. The breakfast area must have experienced some sort of air conditioning loss over the weekend. It was like 90 degrees in there on Sunday morning! Ugh! Oh, and by the way, the breakfast attendant needs to be better about keeping the coffee containers full and wiping down the dirty tables in between guests. No one is going to leave a tip in the “tip jar”when the whole area looks like a manure bucket! Maybe vacuuming the room after breakfast is over and wiping down the counters would be helpful as well. Whomever worked the weekend was terrible! The room had sticky carpets between the beds. Food crumbs from previous guests along the edge of the under bed. Burnt spots on the blanket. Paint and dry wall chipping off of the walls. The bathroom was nice and the tub, though the toilets could be a normal issue; so close to the floor it’s hard to sit down and get back up. Air conditioner window unit worked in our room which was a plus, though the unit itself looked beat up as portions of the cover were broken. The mattress was not comfortable. Wish I could go on but out of characters for review…

Room was clean staff friendly shuttle service was good.

Side doors unavailable, had to walk around the building to gain access through the front. Vending area on the 2nd floor was closed, vending area on first floor only had an ice machine and it smelled bad. Bushes along the sidewalks splay out into the walkway. Otherwise, it was nice, comfortable.
-
I was disappointed that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room, but when I was on the same hotel just 2 days earlier, there was a microwave and fridge in that room.
-
Airport shuttle was convenient but rooms are old and dated . Carpet smells and looks old. Breakfast had no options . This hotel really needs upgrades.

Comfortable beds and clean bedding. Plenty of hot water. Pool was clean and refreshing. Would’ve preferred to have a mini fridge and microwave in room. Staff was not as friendly as we had hoped.
-
Very comfortable beds and pillows on a quiet floor made for a very good nights skeep
-
Convenient, clean, quiet airport hotel.
-
It needs a remodel place is disgusting
-
The room was extremely out dated. It no water pressure in the shower plus the shower head was broken

The one staff member we encountered was terribly rude. She had a bad attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service. We were finishing up a two-week vacation, and the night front desk worker was the only rude person we encountered on our entire trip. She also gave the customer in front of us the keys to an already-occupied room which is reckless and potentially dangerous. He didn’t find out until he walked into the occupied room. The property itself was okay I guess - pretty much what you’d expect at the price point, but the mattresses feel like they could be about 15-20 years old.
