Location Tv remote did not work asked for new was given different remote, it too failed, was asked if we wanted to move, not worth the time to pack up as our flight left early.

Just had a hard time working the television so that was frustrating but it’s a very nice hotel

My stay was last-minute due to weather conditions. I was glad I could stay and have a quiet night's rest before heading back to the airport. The staff and room met my expectations.

The floor of my room had a large bright red stain roughly 8"x8" in size. Floor mat towel in the bathroom had black spotted stains in it. The bathroom light didn't even have a cover on it, the bulbs and wires were exposed. Recliner in the room was also stained. Elevator floor/walls is long overdue for replacement. The location is convenient to DIA but it's not very clean or well maintained.

Charles was great at the front desk. The shuttle left us at the airport after we waited 45 minutes with no explanation.

Comfortable

It was clean and had a comfortable stay for 3 days. There was no fridge to put food or drinks in. Other than that, it was pretty good.

we needed a one night stay close to the airport. Hotel was perfect. Great price. Clean and a friendly staff.

No surprises- a basic hotel perfect for an overnight after a missed flight connection.

If you exit door 505 and proceed to island number 3 and wait where it says hotel pick up, Shuttle will pick you up automatically, and runs approximately every 30 min to the hotel. Which is subject to change according to weather and traffic conditions. No need to contact the hotel, shuttle runs 24hrs a day. The shuttle returns to the airport from the hotel once every 30 min only by reservations made upon check in 2026-09-27 during the hours of 3 am and noon. Seating is limited and is booked on a first come first serve basis for every ones safety the shuttle will not be overbooked. Our Salt Water Pool which has unique painting of brown and sea green marbling, to bring you that ocean feel, is open and available. Quick check-in and out, friendly and helpful staff. Relatively new looking building that suffers a bit from lack of attention to detail (some lights out, bench and weights missing from workout room). Otherwise, good value and clean.
