Very big studio suit, clean and modern, nice free breakfast

The customer service from the front desk was absolutely awesome. The lady helped coach us through the airport shuttle at the airport to arrive with minimal delay. She was exceedingly helpful and made sure we used out Bonyoy codes. The hotel lacks tubs or couples amenities as well it does not provide any luggage racks for your luggage.

Clean and very spacious room, felt almost like home. Will be staying here for all my visits to CO.

Clean rooms

Nice amenities in each room. Very comfortable bed and amble space to move around. The shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes. Enjoyed my stay there.

Room was pretty good overall. We tried to adjust the air-conditioning in the room, but the thermostat was not working. Carpet could be cleaner. Staff was ok.

Great motel only thing was front lobby entrance rug was soaking wet from recent rain and bathroom in lobby had water all over floor.

My family and I booked a 2 queen beds, but they were sold out upon arrival. Had to pay for parking. Besides that, everything was great. Friendly staff and clean room.

We paid for non smoking room was anything but that. Smell was triebble of smoke

The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated having a full kitchen in the room. It was convenient for preparing meals and made the stay feel more like home. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the Denver airport.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and supposedly provides transportation to and from the airport. Transportation from the airport was not provided. Despite four phone calls to hotel staff I could not coordinate a shuttle ride. After waiting for an hour, I ended up having to take a cab which charged me $50 for a three minute ride. No one at the hotel was much interested in my negative experience. The room was large but sparsely furnished. There was one window that was blocked by a desk. One of the lights did not work. There was a ventilation system that was so loud it disturbed our sleep, but apparently cannot be turned off. On the positive side, the complimentary breakfast was quite nice and there was no problem getting a ride to the airport in the morning.

Could take the shuttle early in the morning. That it did not have an ice bucket in the room.

The hotel was fine for what we needed. I would probably try somewhere else next time, though. The room was large and spacious, which was great, but the bathroom had two shampoos and no body wash. The ledge in the shower was in an awkward spot, which caused me to hit my head on it while showering, which is not what you want after a long day.
