Sink in the bathroom was clogged with hair. Shower had hair in it. Breakfast- it was empty by 8am. No kitchen staff to refill anything. Sad stay.

The bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff were very friendly. Free parking was a great plus. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is nice and staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast items were good ranging from hot selections to cold like cereals and yogurts. The oatmeal had its own setup with the raisins brown sugar and almonds, it was super cute. Juice options were good and coffee station open 24/7. The only thing is they don’t tell you to schedule the shuttle upon arrival at the airport. I was out there forever until I called. They came in 15 minutes. Drivers were nice and helped with luggage. Overall 9/10; Keep up the great work AVID!

Hotel was super clean and soaps were an added plus. Everything was well maintained. Front desk clerk was absent from the desk for at least 5 minutes. We waited and called out - nothing. She finally came to the front and checked us in. No hello. No apologies.
