Suite set up was nice. Had everything needed. Room wasn't ready until hours after advertised check in, despite calling earlier in the day to confirm. This caused us to miss the shuttle, had to figure out new transportation, and we were late to our event. Staff unhelpful. Initially told we had to leave our bags at the front desk bc it would be an unknown amount of time until the room was cleaned, but we had a dog, so they had to scramble to figure something else out. Room wasn't that clean, but felt we couldn't complain at that point. Advertised with air conditioning, but only had a window unit taped with a tube to the window that prevented use of that window or curtain and was very hot inside bc it couldn't keep up and wasn't sealed well. Its the closest hotel to the venue, but definitely not worth the risk.

The hotel was nice, came for an event that wasn’t far away so it was convenient for us. The room was nice as well but after a night out and coming back late. When i woke up i noticed odd mold looking stains on the inside of the bedding. I told the front desk and even showed the front desk as well. But they didn’t seem too bothered by it and just told me to have a nice day. Not sure who to talk to otherwise. But i left to go home.

Please is very quiet, clean and accommodating. Did get a chance to put the pool, or gym but did eat breakfast and I'd recommend this place to God himself... Everything is great.. don't touch it..

The welcoming and helpful staff.

Not the first time I stayed here but first time I had to pay to park. Supposedly $15 but then another $5 service fee. $20 a night... I will find another hotel to stay for future Denver trips.

The worst stat I’ve had there. One side of the bed was so worn out you could feel the springs. Then the ac unit I believe would click for about 3 minutes about every 1.5 hours. Plus all night long there was a knock in the wall about every hour. Room 139

Great hotel! Perfect location .

Night Staff at front desk was rude and inattentive. Used to love staying at this property, but management is allowing it to fall apart.

There is a parking fee that wasn’t communicated when booking. Front desk said it started the week before but we booked weeks before our stay. When asked if it could be waived, she was very dismissive saying that’s just the way it is! Poor response and would like reimbursement for parking.

I liked that if you needed anything customer service was friendly. Breakfast options were good along with it being clean Parking space is small and rooms weren’t to clean fan in the restroom didn’t work. You can tell they gave a wipe down because you could see stains everywhere.

The room was huge for a family of six we weren't crowded at all. Breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff made sure there was always plenty of food out for all of their guests. There wasnt anything I did not like. 1st staybridge we stayed at I loved and that was in colorado springs, now we stayed in Denver Colorado and I absolutely loved it!
