Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. beds were comfortable. Would have chosen a different area. Bathroom had some mildew/mold one side of shower.

hotel oversold for event, couldn't find our teams reservations. Had to book at a hotel next door for remainder of stay for one leadership members.

Chocolate cookies are delicious. Restaurant and cleaning staff were outstanding: kind, patient, and responsive. Room was good size and had ample space to put clothes and luggage. Room was a bit noisy right by the elevator and near the parking lot. The ceiling and carpet had seen better times. There is no room service. The description of the property on booking.com or the website didn't say the pool would close during our stay (this is the reason we moved from the Double Tree in MLK to this one). It would be nice if the street adjacent to the hotel (the curve) was clean; there was gravel. Wifi was horrible: Not only was it hard to figure out how to connect but the signal was spotty; then, we couldn't figure out how to get the premium wifi. I also wish there was one of those water fountains to fill out the bottle, not just a drinking fountain. The restaurant's food was mediocre but again, staff was great.

the room was clean. the cookies were warm. the front desk staff was rude and was not transparent about fees. i was originally charged the rate that i booked the room for and the second day of our stay the front desk staff, Shelby, told me that the price i paid was only for one room and i had to pay essentially double the rate i booked for. I showed Shelby multiple receipts that showed the rate I booked the room for and she insisted that I needed to be charged a second time.

Nothing went well! I didn't stay there because it booked as a Four Star Hotel and it was a zero star dump when I got there. I cancelled the room with Priceline and somehow still got charged on my credit card $169 through booking .com. Called them and am still waiting to be reimbursed! Everything! Especially take this drug and prostitution infested Hotel offf the Four Star list and give it 1 star

The cookies they give you at the desk. Unfortunately we got in late and received a handicap room. There was no proper drainage for the water in the shower aside from the one drain in the tub. Water ended up pooling along the wall all the way down to under the toilet. We ended up using all our room towels to clean up the water. Room had no proper lighting and was very dark.

They have a bar and the lady who checked us in was very nice. Dirty carpets and dirty closet door, smelly room.

It was close to the business I needed to complete. Rough area but security was evident/visible. The breakfast was somewhat overpriced for what is usually included at most facilities. Even bottled water was way overpriced.

Enjoyed downtown Denver and the game The room and entire property was just dirty. Room had issues with things broken or even doors that wouldn’t close. Ironing board even fell apart when we attempted to use it, etc. Not worth what was charged .

people were great. no shampoo or bath gel in room. Didn't get it after request until next morning. Dirty halls. Too expensive for area.
