I request to move to another room the next day and had a pleasant rest. It puzzled me that the front‑desk staff assigned such a noisy unit when spare rooms were available.

The tap (faucet) in the basin sprayed water in all directions. The refrigerator freezer compartment had no door to it, so the refrigerator froze the food we put into it solid. The breakfast was good. Outside, the swimming pool was situated beside the parking lot, so very public and overlooked, therefore very uninviting.

My mom, my little cousin & I wanted to stay somewhere close to a train to get to the airport so we chose this place. My mom found roaches, the AC didn’t blow very low & the hotel just needs some love. I was also sitting in the lobby one night & the guy said I needed to go to my room that I couldn’t sit in the lobby longer than 30 mins…. They said because of safety… so yikes. It was close to Walmart & chic fil a was in the same parking lot. I don’t know probably won’t stay here again unfortunately….

Glad they were very respectful of your privacy and maintained solidity

It looked like a hotel where you rented by the hour. The hotel entrance door was cracked. The room had a huge gap underneath the room door. You can literally see people people's feet passing by. The shower it was small and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The ac didn't work well.It was hot and humid. The front desk lady was a little sassy. A lot of people were coming and going. It just looked like a hood area.

Nothing at all. Upon checking into my first assigned hotel room, I discovered dried feces in the bathtub. This was extremely unsanitary, unacceptable, and fell far below basic cleanliness standards expected of any accommodation. Lack of hospitality and basic accommodations. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. I was surprised to learn that requesting extra towels was not allowed, which is a very basic expectation at any hotel. Additionally, the main areas of the hotel did not have air conditioning, making them uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The area was also unsafe with concerning activity around the property.

It was awful, didn’t actually stay here cause had issues with the staff, they were very rude, didn’t acknowledge me when I walked it to check in. Never looked at me when speaking. I highly recommend not to stay at this property.

The room was better than expected for the price. However, the front desk staff was less than delightful. I called and confirmed that we could do an early check in before we left the hotel we took a lyft there. The person behind the desk wouldn't accommodate us when we first got there. He didn't look up our reservation or if they had any rooms available on the computer. We left and came back and he worked it out because we said we would just wait in the lobby for 3 hours or until a room was ready. The breakfast was good as well as the cleanliness of the room and pool area. The AC was good quality and the sheets were clean.

My standards are not high, but considering the location I know that it takes a great deal of work to keep this hotel as clean and well maintained as it is. Others in the area do not compare. Its only about 20 more than comparable to other similar star hotels in the area, but it is defently worth it. Breakfast was basic but also exceeded the others. Ill definitely go back.

My room card kept losing its data and not working on the outdoor entries and I had to keep getting it reprogrammed at the front desk, which was always successful but not sure what was happening that it kept getting wiped. Probably the best shower water pressure and heat I've had at a budget hotel! Also the hairdryer was surprisingly powerful, which was great. The $60 deposit required on check in was not mentioned anywhere in the booking which was weird and I've never been asked for that at similar budget hotel chains. Other than that, my stay was good and staff was pleasant and helpful.

My kids and I love the hotel, we will stay there again!
