I thought it had a nice location. The bed was comfortable and the television was a nice size. I booked it because of the seasonal outdoor pool.

Es un hotel nuevo , lleno de comodidad .

There was train near that kept waking me up. And I thought breakfast was included in the price of the room.. and no shuttles to the airport.

Easy check in. Great stay.

Business center is not closed off from outside noise. Second floor needs full update. Neighborhood is horrid

We did have positive experience with staff, as the restaurant was about to close, we were able to order takeout and drinks (to take to the room). The staff at the front desk provided several complimentary bottles of water. While the parking costs $21 per night, the parking garage provided shade on the hottest day of the year.

Everything was fantastic except for the surroundings of the hotel, then again I’m not used to a big city so maybe that’s just how it is and the drinks from the bar They were 14.00 a piece and in two different size glasses. Mine was super strong and my husbands didn’t taste like it had anything in it besides soda. I went and got a bottle of wine from a store and had that the second night. We loved the balcony, the rooms were very clean, the pools were amazing. The staff was helpful and it was relieving to see there was hotel security.

My service dog and I were denied access to the dining area. The staff said that they had an incident with a dog bite, a girl dropped a piece of chicken and she was bitten by a dog. Nowhere in his story did he mention service dog, because they are trained, or supposed to be. He said that one incident spoils it for everyone, pointing to my service dog. Just the air of justification in his almost hand on hip looking down his big nose talk. That was the first night. No complimentary breakfast, just more overpriced food you can have delivered faster and probably better from DoorDash. They charge more to park in their garage than most Bronco game lots, and it isn’t like it is for security, I saw more homeless around, tracks of where they had been, just very dirty and not very “safe feeling”. The second floor and up elevator exit is a curb, not very nice to handicap travelers or those with heavy suitcases with wheels. They don’t change bedding just make the bed. The trash cans don’t have any liners in the rooms, and are smaller than most bathroom trash cans. I know the service dog rejection is illegal, the issue is how hard must you have to try get the point across. Separation due to having a dog in service, is illegal. I don’t always have it in me to explain it, and that makes me feel like every thing that is wrong with the place makes sense, because they don’t care, over priced rooms, food, and parking. Don’t waste your time or money.

One disappointment was that the outdoor pool was closed during our stay, and we were not informed of this before booking. If the pool is important to you, I recommend confirming that it will be open before your visit. The hotel is located next to a supportive housing complex, so you may see people gathered outside the neighboring building and along the sidewalks leading to the shopping center across the street. While we did not have any issues, some guests may not feel comfortable walking to the shopping center, especially after dark. Overall, the stay was fine, but I wish the pool closure had been disclosed in advance so I could have made a more informed booking decision.

Rude people

Hotel had a lot of issues that were not major but added up. Shower would not drain. Food cost was high. 100.00 for 1 person meal. Nothing special. Server at breakfast was slow.

We booked two rooms. One of the rooms seemed awful humid. The bed felt damp. We lowered the AC and because we got in late at night we just went to bed. The next morning we visited our family in the second room and it was perfectly regulated temperature. After cleaning up we found out that our bathroom sink was clogged and the water wasn’t going down. we went down to the desk and let the gentleman working know that we had an issue with our air-conditioning, not blowing properly and an issue with our sink which he told us they would send maintenance to fix. We went out for the day and returned around 6 PM to find that our room was hotter than ever 74°, muggy in the sink was still backed up. We called down and they said they would send maintenance. They didn’t have a record of our complaint earlier in the day. The gentleman put some drain cleaner in and did something with the air unit in the wall and said we should be good in 15 to 30 minutes. We waited about an hour the room still didn’t cool down the bathroom sink didn’t go down. We called again at this point they offered to switch rooms. It was pretty late. My son was already in bed so we requested that they give us some fans and we would make the best of it rather than packing all of our things to move to another room for one night as we were checking out in the morning. The fans were able to cool our room down to 70° in the morning. We had to brush our teeth with bottled water over the toilet as the sink filled up. HORRIBLE

Very good value

The hotel was very modern. Very nice lounge area. Comfortable bar with food options. The inward design kept the heat out of the hotel. Water pressure was low; key card didn't always work; could not access indoor pool and outdoor, dated, pool was under maintenance. The front counter, wait, and maintenance staff were pleasant and friendly. The restaurant. The well drinks in the bar were good. The food was subpar for the price. Farmer Boys has a better breakfast at a lower price and service would have been faster. Six dollars for popcorn? It's popcorn folks, I would have gotten a larger portion and better tasting option from AMC theaters. Overall. I gravitate towards this hotel because of its ratings, rates, and distance to my office. The room and staff were great. I would have like to have used the pool and the food...well there were several restaurants across the street that are much better options.

Great hotel, a good distance from downtown Denver if you want to stay away from downtown traffic. In town for a wedding

Breakfast was great during the week in the lounge upstairs but nothing available on the weekends that you didn't have to pay for, should at least have continental breakfast options. Outdoor pool was down for cleaning and maintenance during a heatwave, first room I had was ridiculously dusty i.e. similar to snow blowing when you wiped your hands across the sheets and a layer of dust on my phone case from just tossing it on the bed, fortunately staff switched my room to a cleaner accommodation.

The hotel itself was acceptable-ish. The sink in our room drained extremely slowly. The indoor pool deck was ungodly slippery and needs addressed. The weather was warm/hot, and the A/C in the room didn’t keep up. The worst of it was the exterior of the hotel. Homeless filth everywhere with no attempt to keep the place looking reasonable. From people lying everywhere to relieving themselves on the side of the building.
