We didn’t eat anything from here so I can’t speak on the food but our stay was definitely comfortable! Check in is 18+ with no curfew after check in and 24/7 help desk. I’d say it was pretty close to the monorail- just 10 mins walking, and we never felt uncomfortable in the area. We’d stay out pretty late but walking back to the inn after taking public transport was fine we didn’t feel unsafe a single time. I’d highly recommend staying here the only things to keep in mind is there was no hair dryer and if ur trying to go to the downtown area just know it’s 1 hour by monorail/ 20 min ($60) Uber to get there. Which me and my brother had no problem with the hour ride but just something to keep in mind!

The check in/out process with the staff was great, that was not the issue with this hotel. If you are looking for a place to sleep that is not noisy, this is definitely not the place. The windows do not offer any sound barrier so all night long you heard loud cars going by as if you were at a drag race. The room itself was great as it was very spacious than most.

Will definitely stay again as a first choice. Thank you!

Not much to like, but it was clean I guess. I had a very poor experience at this hotel. I was staying for work and upon checking in I was up in my room and the fire alarm was going off and ringing off and on. Catching staff outside of my room while trying to figure out what to do, I was told “don’t worry about it”… ok cool, fine. Later in the evening the phone in my room was ringing and ringing, and I did not know what to do besides answer it. It was a guest calling to check in…… apparently there was no staff at the counter. Why the call was routed to me I have no idea. Then I left later on to get something from the vending machine (which was poorly stocked) and hotel staff (?) questioned me about if I was staying there, which I was, obviously, since I was in my pajamas and socks and had my key card. Getting back to my room I realized the card I had did not let me in, so I went downstairs to get it redone and they did not even ID me before getting me a new card. So a hotel that moments before did not believe I was a guest there gave me a room key without confirming it was to my room. Which is unsettling. More unsettling when you consider the fact that this hotel is very LOUD. The entire night there were bangs and shouting and stomping (I was on the top floor so it’s not like it was coming from above me). It sounded like my door was being messed with a couple of times, and I found out that there were ZERO internal locking mechanisms. Considering they just give keys to anyone who says they need one…. This was frightening! The next day I got back to the hotel after my meeting and was yelled at in the parking lot by staff (?) for parking my car where he said he was “leafblowing”… which was not occurring when I pulled in, and I was parked in the same spot I had pulled out of that morning. It was jarring and honestly super rude. Then that night the issue with the phone continued and I just let them ring and ring because I didn’t want to talk to anyone anymore.

Room service never came to my room after the first night. I was out all day and returned to nothing done to the room. It seems like people live in the hotel rooms. Hotel is in a rough neighborhood. Never again.

The first room had natts, the tub had hair and the window did not close. The second room was a little better but it had ants and both rooms the furniture was run down and curtains had burnt marks from people smoking. The staff was nice and helpful to give us another room. When I checked out they told me if I hadn’t prepaid they would have give me a discount. Would I stay there again, probably not. I’ve always had a good experience with Red Lion that’s why I booked there.

N/A Seems like I received a smoking room even though I was asked not to smoke in it, I don’t smoke and don’t like being around it. It was late and I just needed a place to sleep rather than making a fuss about it, struggled to sleep w/ the strong odor

Enjoyed hot tub, big flat screen Room appeared clean except hot tub yellowed, making it look stained and dirty. Writing on bathroom wall, artwork dated, frame scratched. Appreciate flooring vs carpeting. No security latch on room door. Back door to parking lot did not close and was left open all night.

The parking was safe. The people who work there are super friendly and polite. The property is not super fancy or modern but 1 night to have a place to lay your head it was fine. The breakfast was just bagels, cereal, and yogurt, but again for 1 day it was fine.
