It was reasonable priced.

This property doesn’t clean daily. I stayed for 5 nights, but only my room got cleaned one time. I did request, but my room was not cleaned per my request.

I was very pleased… great send off for my Alaska cruise!!! Wonderful experience

All was very nice except the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty, which was quite inconvenient.

We stayed over the weekend to attend a conference near the area. It was a good choice for the price. The room was clean & quiet. It is near the airport & public transport. The staff are courteous & accomodating.

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable.

Someone was smoking crack in the elevator that left a terrible smell in the hotel

Front desk are busy with phone call that they forgot to acknowledge you were waiting for check in.

An old coffee pod was left in the coffee maker, the toilet seat was incredibly loose, the elevator smelled like something died in it, and the trash can in the garage was always full.

I want to stay next time. ! Very nice

Just a nice quiet stay. Rooms were clean and ac was quiet. Staff very friendly. Buffet was not included but we had vouchers for free breakfast for two each morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Very large room. Airport shuttle was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy to stay for a one night opportunity when I flew into Seattle airport the staff were friendly. The room was clean and amenities were good in the room. We also enjoyed the Indian restaurant. Very close to attached to the Hotel.

Hotel room where good, but other services are just okay. Shuttle services to airport is very limited, you need to book reservation for it. Worst breakfast in this Hotel. Don't buy breakfast from here. Not a good customer service provide by hotel staff.

We went to the hotel restaurant and were told they couldn’t seat us. Seems this location is understaffed

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Close to airport.

Great location. Go down to the Des Moines waterfront. The Indian place on property is fabulous.

The room has no boliers for hot water , there was no refill for the empty shower jello bottles, no other extras like toothpastes and other things. Overall it is okay for one or two stars hotels but not for Sheraton standard,the breakfast was really embarrassing .
