Great stay safe and healthy

Friendly staff though there was a long line at the front desk with only one person working. Hotel was quiet and shuttle to the airport was convenient. There were an few ants on the headboard of one bed in the room.

Mind you, other guests after me were given their room keys, as I sat and waited. There was another employee present who didn’t even try to assist. Even when I asked for a bottle of water (which they had none) she didn’t offer her help and at that point the lobby was empty!! I waited approximately 45 minutes, the man never returned, and the trainee left. Another worker came in (after hearing she was off that day) and I explained the situation. She immediately found my name in the system and gave me a room key!! I would have been more assertive, but I’m elderly and was by myself in an unfamiliar city. I wasn’t about to make trouble. I was tired from first leg of plane trip and having to rise early for another flight. This unfortunate situation took time from my stay. I am still very disappointed and saddened about this whole incident that I had to endure!!! For this reason I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. I will say that the shuttle driver to and from the airport did his best to assist me (during and after the situation). Very nice man.

Rooms were large, clean and stark. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Front desk staff was short and not helpful. My room smelled like cigarette smoke-but I didn’t want to wait for another room, so dealt with it. Restaurant has an OK rating from health/food service-ick.

Easy check in. Shuttle to the airport was fast and easy. Pool area was nice and there is some choice for food in the restaurants.

Hotel rooms were clean. Shuttle drivers were very helpful.

Parking is $19 a night but the close spots all fill up and you’re basically paying to park next door. Might as well find a street nearby. Tv feed freezes every minute or so. There just has to be better hotels in the area.
-
Nothing around in that location. Train is 25 minutes walking. Restaurants close by 9pm. Sketchy people around hotel and homeless population.
-
No one answering the phone to pick us up with the shuttle, waited at the airport for an hour

Rooms not available until 5 pm

Only stayed one night. We arrived late night so there was no line at check in. The receptionist greeted us promptly and assigned a room quickly. She was very brief and didn't thank us for staying. The room was spacious and clean. Beds/mattress were too mushy. We prefer firm ones. We were on the 3rd floor facing the street, and if you're a light sleeper, make sure to request a room facing away from the street as you can hear cars going by. We had an early flight out, so check out was easy and quick. Again, no thank you for staying by another receptionist.

The room was clean. The hotel was nice. I just arrived at a time with about 15 people in line and one worker. She was overwhelmed and did not have any other people to contact for help. She was working the phones and the foreign check in guests. It took over 35 mins to check in. I would say just hire an additional person. 1 Person is too few.

I was a careful person. I ended up scratching my rental car at the parking facility whose parking space is so narrow and close to the column. I am not too pleased about it
-
The hotel has it’s own parking ramp, which can be included in the room fee, which is attached to the hotel.
