Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel

Room 034 is located next to an automatic door that opens whenever someone approaches, and the constant opening and closing makes a terrible noise throughout the night.

Clean, easy, great staff, feels safe, free shuttle to and from the airport, comfortable bed, great morning breakfast starting at 3:30 am, and the price is lower than other nearby hotels. I’ve stayed in a few around here and this is now the only one I will always stay at.

The property was well maintained for its age. The beds were comfortable and breakfast had a variety of good foods. It was also surprisingly quiet for being close to the airport.

Breakfast was substandard but staff was helpful. Please no more powdered eggs.

The only downside was that the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which isn't ideal for someone with respiratory issues. Although the staff kindly moved me to a different room, there was still a faint odor. I hope the hotel continues to improve and gets even better! 😊😊

Bed bugs. 4 bites in my upper shoulder. Painful, itchy, and clearly bed bugs.

I was pleasantly surprised. The appearance of the area around the hotel gave me a bit of trepidation; however, the hotel lobby and room was clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast was fresh and filling. I chose the hotel because of the shuttle and the proximity to SeaTac without the extreme price tag. The shuttle service and drivers are great. You have to call the hotel for pickup with your location once you arrive at the airport. I am keeping this location in mind should I have another overnight layover.

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Nicely decorated hotel. Game room and pool. Big breakast area. Big lobby. Airport shuttle. Free parking. The hotel sits next to the highway, train railway and airport. These produced noises that could be heard from inside the room. We had a balcony but our view was the highway. Very loud outside.

One of the reasons why we stayed at this hotel was because it cleared to have a hot tub was very disappointed that the hot tub is not working and hasn't been working for over a year! But the room had nice beds and the breakfast was absolutely very good and the staff were exceptionally nice

receptionist was very helpful Very poor breakfast is always a turn-off.

Pool was nice, BUT the hot tub was not working. Need more parking spaces.
