Room Ok… breakfast was good

We stayed here for one night before heading to Port Angeles. The airplanes taking off and landings were very loud until way past midnight and then we could hear people talking and walking in the hallway clearly in the early morning hours… Both woke me up frequently. Other than that, the shuttle bus, the front desk, and the breakfast were good.

I liked it a lot! Very clean and my fiancé and I were able to check in early so that was super helpful.

We.arrived aboutb5 hours before check in after coming back from a cruise. They were super accommodating and let us check in early! They also arranged their shuttle to take us to dinner and bring us back! Great unexpected service! Beds were super comfy! Airport shuttle was quick and right on time! Would definitely stay here again

Staff allowed us to store our luggage until the room was ready. Shuttle service was Convenient as it would drop off/pick up at local restaurants.

They were going to call us when our room was ready, but never did so our day got delayed

The breakfast was great. The front desk was fantastic at accommodating us prior to our cruise and after our cruise. We paid to have two double queen beds and were told that one king was only available. This did not work very well because I used this room to put up my mother and mother-in-law while we were exploring Seattle for the day. I did email booking.com to dispute this since I paid directly through booking.com for the hotel. I should have only been charged $159 for this hotel room where I was charged $199 for two queen beds and did not receive that.
