Hampton Inn Seattle-Airport

I liked the breakfast.the room was nice and the shower roomy.

Staff was very helpful. Great customer service. Property and the room was very clean.

We had a late flight leaving Seattle after our cruise. The hotel was able to have our room ready early so we had a place to relax and nap before heading to the airport on the hotel's shuttle.

Rafa is one of the best front desk attendants I’ve had the experience to meet. He’s so helpful and keeps smiling when things get stressful or complicated. Whatever they are paying he deserves a raise. The breakfast was solid, the room was clean. My only real complaint about this property is that the shower temperature goes up and down quite a bit while you are showering.

I would advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere; the management’s lack of responsiveness and the effort required to resolve a clear service failure made an already difficult experience significantly worse. My recent stay at Hampton Inn at Seattle airport was deeply distressing. I woke up with multiple bug bites the first morning of my stay. While the front desk staff did facilitate a room change, the lack of communication from management was unacceptable. I sent email regarding the incident, but I received absolutely no response or acknowledgment until I personally tracked down the manager on Monday morning. Even then, I had to persistently advocate for myself to receive even a 50% refund, which feels entirely inadequate given the circumstances and the distress caused to my family. This incident completely ruined my vacation. I had to go through pain and agony of the bug bites throughout my stay in Seattle.

Airport shuttle was very convenient. Did not like the ‘barn door’ for the bathroom door, which limits privacy.

Staff were very nice. Hotel was clean. Pool was not working. Internet kept kicking off. For a Hampton it was run down. Could use some TLC.

The hotel itself was fine. However, the Airport shuttle was not an Airport Shuttle exclusively. To begin, the Driver was 30 minutes late. We were there at 8:45 for a 9:00 shuttle that did not arrive till almost 9:30. Then they loaded extra passenger to take to the light rail which is a ten minute walk. Then they took four passengers to another hotel that they don't even service. I reminded the driver multiple times that we need to get to the airport and we're going to be late. I later called and complained that an Airport Shuttle is for passengers for the Airport. Not everyone's personal taxi in which they can get an Taxi or walk to the light rail. I will not use this hotel again

Good location and very friendly and helpful staff!

Room is cleaned and looks renovated recently.

The shuttle drivers and the front desk staff, despite the middle of the night arrival due to late jet, staff was very helpful and cheery.

There is a lake across the street for bbq and play area for kids. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because the pillows were hard and flat. This hotel needs to invest in some good pillows but staff were good about giving me some new pillows to try.
