The shuttle drivers and the front desk staff, despite the middle of the night arrival due to late jet, staff was very helpful and cheery.

There is a lake across the street for bbq and play area for kids. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because the pillows were hard and flat. This hotel needs to invest in some good pillows but staff were good about giving me some new pillows to try.

Elevator was out of order for two days. I was on 4th Floor! I can't tell you how many times I had to go up and down stairs, including with luggage. Otherwise hotel was pretty nice. Staff was great.

Nice spot. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. The outside needs attention. At the lobby entry, the trash was overflowing and numerous cigarette butts littered the ground, along with other garbage. From a security standpoint, I was disappointed to find the read entry door, from the parking lot, propped open for most of my stay.
