The room was clean and comfortable

I was only there for a night. The front desk gave me a coupon card for a free appetizer at a nearby restaurant, I got rided to and from the restaurant as well. The shuttle I needed to take back to the airport was a little behind and the nice lady at the counter was about to arrange for me to get a rideshare but then the shuttle came and all was good. She was awesome.

The service. Location. The drivers and desk personnel were great.

The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean with no noise. The breakfast was okay for a light start. Front lobby area is smaller than I expected but ok since we only stayed one night. Overall, a good place to stay. The front lobby was smaller than I expected.

Our stay was fine. Clean and comfortable room. Courteous and helpful staff. Nothing fancy. Close to light rail. Too bad they shut down the pool.

Amenities like fitness room and Ice machine were not working. The staff were nice and friendly and offered free water bottles. Overall the value to money was lower.

I liked the room. It was clean and well maintained. Parking was easy, but cost me 19 US including tax. The fitness room needed some love. The Peloton subscription expired so didn't have access to all the programs. The seat lock was broken so the seat moves back as you ride. Started using the recumbent bike and there something wrong withe the pedal gear. There was no bench for the dumbells. Used the exercise ball as a bench but it had a slash in it and didn't want it to lose air while I had weights above me. Air conditioner has no power. My perception is they're really trying to cut costs. The pool is covered and not in use. Hamptons are usually a go to for me. I pick my hotels with the gym being a big factor. If you don't care about the gym or pool, it's not a bad place to stay.

Everything was great, except there was a strong "scent" in the room. I suspect it was cleaning products. They made me sneeze.

Buffet breakfast was great. Staff at check-in and check-out was knowledgeable and efficient.

Staff weren’t helpful when I spoke to them about the tv not working and a light not working on entering the room.. with regards to the tv just told “tv working, just unplug and plug back in, this did work but is this just happening for all customers using this room. Breakfast was ok, apart from very well done bacon… For the price extremely disappointed

The room was super clean, pleasant staff, breakfast was good, hotel is close to train station and lake, will definitely come again.
