Overall great place to stay near the airport the room could use a lil more tlc or a deep cleaning but overall I would stay here again

staff was amazing, airport shuttle was great.

I arrived early and requested they hold my bags. They went 1 step further. A room was ready and I was given an early check-in. This is my second stay at this establishment . I’ll be back each time I fly out of Seattle.

The hotel Shuttles are not allowed anymore to drop off at departure or arrival levels. We needed wheelchair assistance and couldn't arrange it ourselves from the hotel shuttle drop off into the airport. The shuttle bus driver when I told him pulled his van over and made all the arrangements to drop us right in front of our airline. Outstanding customer service. Staff excellent, good breakfast, hotel is tired but the beds were very comfortable.

The room had an unpleasant odor, like dirty socks. We were given an "accessible" room even though we didn't request one, the shower didn't drain well, beds very uncomfortable. Whoever was in the room above us sounded like they were running a 5k, I heard nothing but them stomping back and forth all night. Could also hear people walking up and down the hall so if you are looking for quiet, this is not the place for you.

The property was easy to get to and check-in quick, friendly. The room was clean and fairly quiet with everything a traveler would want ( the basics) when reserving a room for a day or two. Coffee in the lobby & at breakfast was very good- - which was a nice surprise!

The property was clean and a comfortable bed. Clean towels and bathroom. It is a nice clean comfortable stay for the price. We stayed two nights. They have a nice little breakfast to go with the room. And convenient shuttle to the airport.

Friendly staff. Hotel was safe but the 7-11 store a block away was sketch. Breakfast was standard fare but clean and kept stocked all morning.

For a nearby place to stay near SeaTac Airport for a reasonable price that has a free shuttle service, this is the place to stay. The free breakfast is nice as well.

Quick stopover on trip. Wasn’t real impressed with facility, but was good for the price.

Was convenient to airport as we were only there a few hours, but was not the cleanest and needed a facelift.

Great staff, very convenient location, especially with the parking and shuttle service, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was great. Good value. My only negative is the musty smell of the property, and I’m sure it’s due to its age. Would stay there again!
