Clean room. Friendly staff

Clean motel and good breakfast. Facility is old and not the spiffiest in the area, though close to airport and free shuttle every 30’. Area is not the greatest but there’s a nice Marriott next door with a good bar and mini restaurant in their lobby for lunch/dinner. Also a nice park with lake just down the street. No liquid soap in shower and ran out of hot water. But manager comped us $45 so that was fair. Low price made this a money-saving spot.

Stopped for one night before cruise, staff friendly, free shuttle, would stay here again.

Room and breakfast were okay, but spots were limited on the airport shuttle and we could not get our desired time. Bed was not very comfortable, the pillows in particular were subpar.

The staff were cheerful and friendly with every interaction! Even at 4:00 am!!

This aged property was well kept. Very nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Not many shopping or eateries within walking distance. Shuttle will take you near light rail stations from where you could get to downtown and surrounding areas. Breakfast included is a big plus to this property!

Getting the airport shuttle from the airport didn't work. We had a number to call and called it twice, letting it ring about 20 times each try but no one answered. I tried a different number for the hotel and followed the prompts to "our friendly front desk" and still no answer after another 20 rings. Finally spent $30 with tip for a cab. The front desk clerk claimed she tried to call us back, but couldn't get through, but we didn't really believe her. Getting the shuttle back to the airport was find, but I noticed it had no logos on it, so it could have gone right by us while were were waiting without us knowing. The hotel itself was fine.

We reserved a double queen assessable room. They gave that room to someone else and had nothing available except for a single queen in the lowest level. No kind of compensation for the different room. It was on the lowest level and even the hallway floor was questionable. We stayed there since we didn’t have mush choice at 11:00 at night after traveling all day. I will never stay there again.

The hotel is older and needs an update. The floors were filthy and you could see dirt in all the corners. We also had bugs. The breakfast was mediocre - undercooked scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins and cereal. The walls are thin, we stayed 4 nights and heard the people above us, around us, and everyone walking in the hall. We did hear airplanes but they didn’t bother as much as the hotel noise.

The check in staff was friendly. They were also very accommodating. When we realized we forgot toothpaste, we went down to get some from the front desk, and they were happy to prove some. There are snack machines in the hotel, and the continental breakfast was excellent. Also really appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. For the price, it was a great stay.

The young man at the desk got a room for us and let us check in early. It was much appreciated since we had been up since 4 a.m. Also, they put my family, who arrived VERY late right next to us. So nice and considerate of them. Breakfast was fine, bu the area is very small and it was kind of a zoo. Bath that night was fabulous, good and hot!

I was disappointed this time; rooms are below average.

The location was close to the airport which is a positive. The hotel is old and didn't seem clean, they did not change comforters, only sheets. The staff was somewhat friendly. The shuttle driver was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. They did have coffee and tea available 24/7.
