Excellent late night shuttle service - quicker than uber! Kind and helpful staff, comfortable room, great breakfast. Made travel better. Definitely recommend! Thank you.

The hotel was comfortable & clean but the real star was the staff. We were incredibly pleased with staff at the desk and the shuttle. We worked with multiple people for both & they all acted consistently above our expectations. They made a difficult end to our travel journey much easier for us. I hope you can convey this to them directly.

Experience was better than expected aligned to price

Staff was fine. Our room was very musty, smelled of mildew felt damp. Only there 4 hours.

Room was very outdated and didn't feel clean. Mold in bathroom floor corners. Wouldn't recommend staying on ground floor. Worried about flimsy door to room. Definitely a low budget facility. One of those "what the ----" reactions.

Property was older but clean and nicely maintained. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient, but the van was very crowded on the way home, and took quite a while to pick us up at airport.

Indifferent cleaning...soap and hairs left in the shower. But the worst thing was having to take a cold shower at 9pm.

It’s old, rundown, but just needed a place to sleep before a flight. A bed is a bed. This place isn’t much more

The next day, the rest of our party joined us-- they waited over an hour for the shuttle... at noon!! Very poor and but seems to be simply how they run things. Do not recommend for anyone counting on their shuttle service from the airport. I could've crawled to a hotel faster...

Staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Anya, Tanya and Loki at Front desk Guest Services. The daily breakfast is very satisfying to start your day off. Coffee, water and tea available throughout the day. Shuttle service for pickup and drop off to the airport, every half-hour is convenient for guests. Rooms could use some upgrades but overall, it’s rates our reasonable.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Motel is def outdated but safe.

Clean motel and good breakfast. Facility is old and not the spiffiest in the area, though close to airport and free shuttle every 30’. Area is not the greatest but there’s a nice Marriott next door with a good bar and mini restaurant in their lobby for lunch/dinner. Also a nice park with lake just down the street. No liquid soap in shower and ran out of hot water. But manager comped us $45 so that was fair. Low price made this a money-saving spot.

Stopped for one night before cruise, staff friendly, free shuttle, would stay here again.

Room and breakfast were okay, but spots were limited on the airport shuttle and we could not get our desired time. Bed was not very comfortable, the pillows in particular were subpar.

The staff were cheerful and friendly with every interaction! Even at 4:00 am!!
