Breakfast was good, but limited choices

Clean, quiet, very nice staff.

The room was adequate and the beds were comfortable. It is difficult to make a 50+ year old motel look like a 5 star facility. Our main complaint was with the shuttle from the airport. After we retrieved our bags, I called and told the front desk we were ready for pickup. They told us where to go and wait. After 30 minutes no one showed up. I called again and was told the shuttle did not see us. Finally the shuttle from another property offer us a ride. I won't stay there again.

Overpriced but a relatively good stay. Good but not great breakfast. Hotel was a little outdated.

The room smelled damp and of mold. The first floor is below ground and that's where they put me. I had to go and request a different room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Got put on the 2nd floor which was only slightly bit better. Won't ever stay there again.

The property is actually older than it looks on the picture. But the room is clean. Overall it is older property.

Nice and good staff

We stayed on the third floor and the floor in the hallway was extremely soft. Some parts felt like the floor would give away anytime. Hallway smelled of weed. Room was a typical room for what you need to sleep. We did like how friendly the staff was. Not sure we would stay here again.

The front desk was great with helping coordinate shuttles to the airport and cruise line. Very thankful for early check in and a space to store luggage.

Our stay was close to the airport. The shuttle drivers were very helpful as were the desk staff. The breakfast was very ample. Hot eggs, sausage as well as bagels, muffins, yogurt, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Shuttle was great and easy.

Ice machine and both vending machines were out of order. Free shuttle pickup was inconsistent. No problem scheduling a ride to the airport but we waited over an hour after 2 phone calls to be picked up. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning. It was close to the airport and access to public transportation. Breakfast was mediocre but adequate. Good coffee.

Shower was old and weirdly designed. Sink was outside the bathroom, which was helpful in some ways but hard in others. Property has seen better days. But staff were clearly doing their best.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Not worth the money you might save.

This place is way overpriced for the quality of the accommodations it provides. The entire property is dated, like something out of the 1970's. The shuttle bus to the airport was spotty at best, and has no hotel marking or emblems, which made it nearly impossible to spot amongst the sea of hotel and off-site parking busses.

The Hotel Shuttle Driver was very courteous & friendly. The Hotel Clerk was very informative. However the problem was it took about (5) minutes before I could take a hot shower. There was a bit of pest problem. The breakfast was fantastic.
