Clean facilities, friendly and efficient staff; good support

Perfect location for touring Seattle before our cruise to Alaska, very nice rooms, great staff, very informative. Nice walk in showers and the bed was fall in comfortable.

The location is so convenient to the airport. The shuttle is included and runs 24/7. The rooms are spacious and weight room is easy to get to. The best part of my visit was going to the restaurant/bar and having Victoria as the server. She is a breath of fresh air! She is so energetic, helpful and so pleasant. Loved talking to her. She gets your orders correct and fast. I’d definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and updated. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. Convenient to be located in the hotel.

Clean, good TV and good bed. That's all you really need.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was roomy and comfortable. The proximity to the airport is convenient. I'd stay here again.

I t thought the staff was so helpful getting a room, and finding a shuttle.

A couple of cons, the hotel could use a few more amenities imo. The lobby is very small, there is no outdoor courtyard or seating except one tiny bench, there is no atm machine on site, the workstation is a tiny desk alcove in the wall, breakfast is not included though they do have a restaurant on site. Coffee is not available all day unlike other properties, which for such a large intl hub, it might be worth considering that people are visiting from different time zones and may want coffee in times other than the morning. I was extremely impressed with the staff and the timely shuttle, so I would recommend, there is a 7-11 within 2 minute walk.

It was a clean facility with all the amenities you need. Check in was fairly quick however a few things were missed that I had to mention (parking pass and breakfast voucher)

Breakfast was good. The lady working was fantastic. When we checked in there was a strong smell of grease, from fryers or something in the kitchen. It was not good.

This was a good place to stay, very close to the airport. The hotel was very modern and had good amenities. Staff were all really friendly and helpful especially at the bar, which was a nice and comfortable place to eat. Only issue I had was that the window shade barely raised so the room felt a bit dark. Otherwise, a good stay and would stay again.

They only have one restaurant with ONE person managing it and one cook! It is sad how hard that person had to work and how long the wait was for service and food. Please hire some help.

When I made my reservations I requested a fully accessible handicap room, my husband had to step up in to the bathtub. That was inconvenient.
