Ok breakfast overall but also staff could have been a tad more helpful. This was during the World Cup and they were for sure overwhelmed

Great place to stay clean and good location

The front desk person seemed overwhelmed between checking us in and answering phones. He came off as rude and was short with his engagement. I work in customer service and this behavior would never be tolerated at my work. I wasn’t demanding or rude so there was no reason for him to be that way towards me.

Free shuttle service from the airport is available. It is however a bit difficult to figure out the pick-up point.

Great place to stay and to park when we’re going to fly out of town. We take the shuttle to the airport and leave our vehicle in their parking garage safe and sound for when we get back. Much cheaper than parking at the airport.

The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We arrived there at 9 am after leaving a cruise ship. Within 10 minutes we were settled comfortably in a room

Our stay here was so nice in Seattle. Right next to a lot of easy places to grab snack and drinks. It was close to the SEATAC airport which was convenient for us and you couldn’t even tell. The noise was so minimal. They also offer a shuttle to go back and forth. The staff were really nice to us and helpful, some of them even gave us some ideas of places to go grab food. We had some good conversations. Shout out to the bartenders they were so sweet! Overall fantastic trip. I loved SeaTac and exploring Seattle in general
