The staff was excellent especially the shuttle driver who picked us up, the bartender, the fron desk clerk.

Have to pay for parking which I find is not right since I am paying for my room too.

Very clean room with comfortable beds. It has a great breakfast area with a full bar with plenty of space to socialize.

Clean, convenient hotel for a quick stay before or after a flight. Very noisy though. Could hear everyone above us. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and modern.

rooms were decent. there were definite stains and hair pieces on the bed sheets but it was a nice and spacious room. none of the trash cans had bags either but otherwise, the shuttle was nice and good experience.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided great local recommendations, including a map of downtown Seattle. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner service, and the food and restaurant staff were consistently good and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds and a nicely cool temperature. The fitness room was well equipped and included filtered water. After checkout, the hotel even helped return chargers I left behind by arranging UPS delivery, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with excellent service, a convenient location, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything beds amazing

Overall, we had a very good stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the hotel was convenient for our trip. There was some noticeable noise from neighbouring rooms, which was a little disruptive. We also initially found the staff less helpful than expected when trying to organise the airport shuttle, although this was eventually sorted out. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel for several reasons. One is its proximity to the car rental and airport. The staff have always been cooperative and kind. Rooms are comfortable. And lastly, there is a Small lounge and restaurant that stays open in the evening. It allows us to get in, get settled and grab something to eat if hungry. We will continue to frequent the Courtyard Hotel The sliding door to the bathroom.
