clean room, early access bathroom floor was dirty

The hotel was awesome and so were the staff. The kitchen goodies were helpful with the microwavable late-night snacking choices. The room was comfortable but the lights that you had to use for the bathroom made the lights come on in the bedroom area. This would disturb my husband who was in that area sleeping. Also, the door lock case fell off the door. We stuck it back on and it still worked. These issues were minor and we will stay here again if we were ever in Seattle.

The hotel is conveniently located to SEA TAC and with their complimentary shuttle! The rooms were very roomy and very clean. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating!

It's a nice relatively new modern hotel that feels chic and hip. Public spaces were well done and the room was clean and updated. We just happened to be put in a room that literally had the rail system running just outside our window (room 501). Needless to say our sleep was disrupted every time a train went by. Water pressure in the shower was also lacking.

Nice room but I didn’t care for no separate light for bathroom. One light switch which illuminates bathroom and bed area. We were also given only 2 washcloths and 3 bath towels for 4 ppl.

Clean! All of the staff were extremely helpful.

Housekeeping tried to fit a queen size sheet on a king bed. We discovered the problem when we climbed into bed after a 10+ hour wait at the airport, so we weren't very satisfied with that. When they brought us the proper size sheet, we had to make our own bed. Otherwise, it was okay.

Very convenient to the airport with shuttle service

Staff were so kind and accommodating. The property was clean and modern. Everything was so convenient. Definitely family friendly.
