Clean! All of the staff were extremely helpful.

Housekeeping tried to fit a queen size sheet on a king bed. We discovered the problem when we climbed into bed after a 10+ hour wait at the airport, so we weren't very satisfied with that. When they brought us the proper size sheet, we had to make our own bed. Otherwise, it was okay.

Very convenient to the airport with shuttle service

Staff were so kind and accommodating. The property was clean and modern. Everything was so convenient. Definitely family friendly.

The room was clean, the staff were amazing, they provide a shuttle for near by restaurants which is a huge perk, free airport shuttle every half hour. So many perks to staying at this hotel . The beds were very comfortable. Had a great stay

Great staff. Rooms are very small. Walls are thin. We could hear the kids in room next to us until very late. The shuttle to airport is the best!

Fast check in, great and easy to access amenities in the front, front desk was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions about where to find travel supplies near by, the shuttle is direct to the airport and didn’t make stops, the shuttle operates from 3:00am!, the room was spacious, toiletries by Dry Bar, comfortable bed, all staff members were friendly Nothing

We really enjoyed our night at ALoft before catching an early flight out. The bar and lobby was a great place to hang out, the beds were very comfortable, and the parking was easy and affordable. We didn't take advantage of the shuttle because we had a rental car, but it runs 24 hours and that's hard to find sometimes for those early flights that you have to leave for at 3 am. We would stay there again in a minute!

Clean. Comfortable beds. Location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Shuttle was prompt both from and to the airport. Light switch for the bathroom turned the lights on and off in the entire room. No separate light for the toilet/shower area, and no fan for the shower. Weird setup for lighting.
