More dated than anticipated but clean enough. I appreciate the shuttle to the airport at 3 AM.

the staff waa very welcoming and kind. they gave great dinner suggestions. very quiet and comfortable. close to the airport. we will definitely stay again.

Great airport stay. Comfortable bed and large updated bathroom. Staff was very helpful esp when I had to change my plans and rebook. Sadly, Expedia customer service was not helpful after many calls and long wait times. So glad the hotel was able to assist me. They were lifesavers.

This is a great hotel if you need an airport shuttle and want a decent breakfast (nothing special, but acceptable). I've stayed here a couple of times and will come back again. Very clean, friendly staff, coffee available 24/7, and within walking distance to a few restaurants. It also offers shuttle service to some local restaurants and to public transportation as well.

Love that the shuttle picks us up from the airport, and even brings us to the airport REALLY EARLY in the morning. Staff (one male and one female) were very helpful in explaining how to use the monorail.

Excellent customer service. The staff at the front desk are accommodating. The room is clean , quiet and relaxing. I highly recommen to anyone.

Appreciated the helpfulness of the staff holding our bags, calling shuttles and giving us general information about how to get to and from Seattle. Very convenient shuttle to the airport.

The shower stall in the bathroom needs two safety bars. Both of them should be horizontal. I did not feel safe when taking a shower. As I get older, the fear of falling gets worse. If I fall, I doubt that I can get back up. Please, put safety bars in the showers.

And they charged me for parking And I didn’t even have a car And before I booked, it never was mentioned that you had to pay for parking. I think that needs to be something that’s upfront and mentioned when booking.

Having to pay a high rate for their hotel parking was a surprise. It was underutilized and felt like nickel-and-diming. At breakfast, I missed previous Hampton Inn inclusion of strawberries for the waffles and Nutella spread. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel is located very close to the Space Needle and a taxi or uber drive to the Pine Street Market. Good breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay there again. Barb & Ron Murrells Inlet, SC

9 mins away from Sea-Tac. Very easy to get to. I had a rental car but if you have a quick lay over you can use their shuttle bus to get back and forth to the airport. It runs every 30 mins and if you need to go shopping they can pick and drop off you off at certain areas. The property offers a free hot breakfast staring at 5am if you need to catch an early flight and want something to start your day.
