Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Airport/28th Ave

The breakfast wasn't the best that I've had in the past. The quality was lacking and there was less of it. The coffee was really good.

I use the Hampton Inn SeaTac anytime I need a hotel close to the airport. It never disappoints.

Hotel was in a terrible location but the hotel was very clean and well done. Location was in a terrible location. In an isolated area and felt uneasy walking around. Restaurants were far away in this isolated area. Scary.

Clean well appointed rooms. Shuttle to airport is a plus. Everything good.

Every time we pass through SeaTac and spend the night we stay here. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they have complimentary toiletries in case you have forgotten something. The shuttle to and from the airport is easy and consistent.

Clean, shuttle service was great

The attendant at the front desk was amazing. The place was clean and conveniently located near the airport. A huge downfall was the fact that the water would not warm up past cool, and texting your service provided zero reasonable problem-solving. Yeah I did leave it on hot for a long time and it still stayed cold. Other than that it was a great place. Please fix this problem.

Everything was nice and clean. Appreciated the free breakfast and free shuttle chewing from the airport. Love that after getting off a cruise ship and using a tiny shower that this shower is a nice size! Also appreciated being able to get in the room early the room is spacious and plenty of room to pack clothes if needed. The flatscreen TV is nice. Wi-Fi works good.

It was close to the airport where we needed to be early the next morning. Room was large and comfortable. Finding the parking garage!

Just wish we had more breakfast options with an earlier flight

Josie from the front desk went above and beyond by getting us a shuttle from a docked Norwegian cruise ship on the morning of the 21st. Although we didn't have the room for the night of the 21st stay until 3pm she got us by shuttle from the ship to the hotel with all of our luggage and then had our room prepared early by 10am for us. We were and are extremely grateful for this! All this happened while she was busy checking other people in and out and ensuring they were getting on the airport shuttle properly from the hotel. We are both happy with the Hilton system and by how friendly and helpful the staff are and by how clean and well run the entire operation operates quite seamlessly.
