We got this room at the last minute after missing a connection due to a weather delay on the east coast and having to stay in Seattle overnight. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were very clean and nice. Our in room coffee maker did not work. It was challenging to arrange a shuttle to the hotel even though it said 24 hour shuttle because it was after midnight and when we tried to call the hotel, the number was to an answering center somewhere in the Midwest. So we had to take a cab to the hotel instead of a free shuttle. Otherwise it was fine.

Quick stay before international flight. Check-in was great, loved the secure parking, room was clean and very comfortable. Smooth and checkout very early in the morning prior to our flight. Will stay again.

The front desk was very helpful in options for shuttling to our cruise ship. The property was very clean. We had a very nice stay.

Best Hampton Inn experience in all my travels. The staff is wonderful (especially TT!), the rooms clean and modern, and the shuttle to the airport is GREAT. It leaves every half hour to take guests to SEATAC and offers pickup as well. They also dropped my husband off at the light rail station. And they stored our luggage until our room was ready (and it was ready early!) Plus hot breakfast and good coffee. A+!

Great star but they have not been able to cooperate with billing. Frustrating!

What a great stay! From the moment we checked in, we knew we booked the right place. Chris was incredibly helpful - giving us waters and information about where we could grab dinner. The room was spotless and breakfast was great! We’ll definitely stay again next time we come to Seattle for a cruise.

The only issue was that the little coffee maker in the room didn’t work. There was coffee in the lobby before 6:00 am however.

Other then the price I paid, I would recommend keeping an eye out for a better deal to make it worth your while.

Clean room great breakfast!

The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. She needs to have a big raise in pay. The shuttle to a d from the airport went well. Beds a d breakfast were good. Would definitely stay there again!!

The property was clean and close to the airport. The rooms were a good size.

Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and updated. Easy access to light rail train station and therefore downtown without driving.

The sheets are not soft and rub your skin to the point of irritation. The coffee was terrible

It was close to the airport and the shuttle surface once I found the right Shuttle was Very confusing with Shuttle to take ended up waiting over an hour where it was really cold. Was not thrilled with that.
