El cuarto estaba completamente limpio y con buena iluminación, el aire acondicionado excelente, me encantó haber pasado la noche tranquilamente y muy cómoda, el personal bien atentos y a la hora el viaje hacia el aeropuerto.

Absolute gross hotel. Do NOT expect your AC to/ heater to work. Out if 4 rooms booked, NONE worked.

The shuttle made us wait almost an hour in the middle of the night and there was no apology once someone finally got the shuttle to us. This was after three conversations with people at the hotel. The return shuttle took people to restaurants and various other hotels before we got to the airport. The room was large but terribly worn out. Breakfast was pathetic. The bed was about 8 years past its use date. Don’t stay here.

Nice, clean spot to rest one’s head before catching a flight the next morning

Overnight front desk person was rude and not welcoming at all. I was standing there and looking around while he was checking us in and immediately said, “What are you looking for?” but with the most annoyed tone ever. Then after he handed us the keys, he didn’t tell us where to go so as we were about to walk away, with another annoyed tone, “Elevators are this way.” Room was okay but really hot with the AC at full blast. Bathtub had yellow stains all over. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since I’ve worked at a hotel before but this stay was not it. They treat guests like a big inconvenience.

We loved staying here. Highly recommend. Sleep was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel bed. The staff is 10/10!!

A/C is pre-set and locked. We were not able to adjust. So we decided to turn if off, but the noise from upstairs A/C was unbearable (probably old a/c and has not been fixed.) Fortunately, the request to switch the room was granted. Thanks for that.

Loved our 3 night stay. Staff was kind and responsive to our requests. Room was just what we needed. Great hotel at an unbeatable price.

Only one elevator working which was a pain, no ice on 3rd or 4th floor. Finally found some on 2nd. One washer and dryer for the whole place. Breakfast was not too bad. Room was fine, bed comfortable, good pillows and bedding. Only stayed one night. It sufficed.

For the price, the hotel was pretty mediocre. No pool, no vending machines, some staff were very unhelpful, the air conditioner was inadequate and the room stayed too warm.

the property is under construction- but otherwise it is very underwhelming. The pictures on the website make it look good and modern, when in reality it is pretty dated and worn down. The hall ways and doors are dark and drap. The rooms are average. The HAVC was tempermental- AC on and off, then heater would pop on -super annoying. The staff is alot like the hotel - underwhelming. Spend more money and stay somewhere else across the street.
