La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seattle Sea-Tac Airport

Booked this hotel whenever we go out of Seatac airport. The front desk male was not helpful at scheduling a shuttle to airport. We got on the list and then we waited at the designated time the next morning. After there was no shuttle coming after waiting about 15 mins, I inquired about when the shuttle would be here since we are already on the list. He seemed amused and then he said "when I call". Then he proceeded to call. Well, if we are already on the list they knew we needed a shuttle, why not just call them so they are there when people are ready to go, instead of playing these games? When the shuttle got there, we were already 20 mins after designated time.

The property is “okay”; the service was very pedestrian. I booked in advance for a two queen room, and once I got to the property, I was told that it wasn't available, and I had to take a king bed with a couch, and I'm thinking it's a pull-out couch, well, it wasn't. So it was a very uncomfortable night for my twin brother and me. When I addressed the issue with the front desk agent, he was very quiet he didn't seem too focused on his job.

For us the hotel was excellent except the breakfast. We expected a best breakfast, not much to eat

Excellent hotel and location. Beautiful room and very clean.

Bath tub did not drain. Not very clean

Room was clean, environs and building exterior a little run down and dirty. We came to sleep during a long layover, and for that it was just fine. Ordered door dash for dinner; free airport shuttle worked well in both directions.

Breakfast hard boiled eggs had GI issues…

Nice, clean, fresh ac worked well. The breakfast was simple and small. Looks like they’re remodeling.

This hotel is convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was great. They also offer a cruise shuttle that was a bit more affordable than the option offered by the cruise line. They’re currently doing some construction on the property but it didn’t really impact our stay. Breakfast was minimal and cramped and there wasn’t any water in the lobby. With that being said, I would stay here again if I return to Seattle.

If you’re going to Disney or the conference centers right over there it’s a great hotel.

We called the hotel to let them know that our plane was delayed and we would be checking in late. We were told that the hotel was overbooked and they cannot guarantee our reservation. I believe a reservation should be honored regardless. Breakfast should be improved, more fresh food.

It was wonderful

The air conditioner in our room was not working. When we called the desk, they kept giving excuses as to why it wasn’t working. We had to request another room several times before we were moved to another room. The air conditioner in the second room was a little better, but still get cool to our liking. The shower pressure was a trickle so it took a while to rinse off. The complimentary breakfast was cereal, a couple bagels, yogurt, bananas and waffles. No protein or eggs.

This is an economy hotel. One of two elevators was non functioning. The reception area was tiny and crowded with too much furniture in the way. The staff did not attempt to tidy rooms until we asked - no clean towels, no emptying of waste baskets, no replacing toilet paper, etc. we had to ask for those things during a four night stay.

No signage on outside of building which was very odd No hot water when we arrived & we couldn't call downstairs because the phones were out Could not adjust the very loud blower on the A/C in our room Tried to call the hotel from SeaTac Arrivals to have the shuttle pick us up but the phones were out so we had to take a cab ($20 min) Only 1 elevator was operating so we took the stairs Some staff was surly; Some were extremely nice
