10 minutes to the airport and roughly 20 minutes to Pike place market Decent price

We do like to stay here because there is a 24 hour Denny's across the parking lot. The rooms are clean and comfortable. To be fair, they are renovating the property but that hasn't affected the quality of the rooms.

The first room I checked in the bed had dirty sheets so I requested a different room. The second room I checked in had roaches crawling around. I asked for a receipt but never got one.

I’ve stayed at a lot of La Quintas but never one like this. Getting the free shuttle from the AP was a hassle and I was treated like I was being a pain when calling to request as they instructed. The hotel itself is VERY rundown and my room smelled like it had been smoked in for years even though it said “non-smoking.” The heater started to smell like it was catching on fire so I turned it and just froze.

I called ahead specifically to request a crib/pack n play for our stay and was told it would be handled when we checked in. It was not. The night staff didn’t even know what a pack n play was, nor where they were stored or anything. We were also told we couldn’t be checked in because it was too late, despite having a prepaid reservation, and despite having done the entire online check in process, but they somehow got us a room anyways because they felt bad that we had a baby? How that differs from checking in I have no idea. Regardless, front desk staff were extremely unhelpful. The shuttle drivers were both very nice though.

Company was in a rebuilding phase and nothing matched. Yes, it's a dated hotel appearance but it just felt grimy. Definitely did not take off my shoes. And my bed had a sunken in matress. Shower pressure was PERFECT and felt good. it was ok for one night... the next morning, shuttle was delayed by 30 min (the driver was FANTASTIC) but another person staying at the hotel said his car got broken into--Parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF HOTEL. Sketchy but it served my purpose.

Good size room breakfast was very nice coffee and tea was available all day long was appreciated very much. Staff friendly and helpful.

The second room we moved into on the first floor was clean and beds were comfortable The first room we got when checked in was on the fourth floor and it the moment we entered the room it smelled weird. There were stains on the curtains the window had a crack on it and we could hear everything outside. The connection between the tv and remote was super slow. And WiFi kept disconnecting. Only 1 elevator was working and super slow. Some of the staff at the front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The breakfast was alright.
