Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport

Great hotel, perfect if you need to catch a plane. Has several eating places near by which are walkable to. Ceilings are very thin. We could hear when someone above us was walking and jumping (and it lasted for hours).

Outstanding services from helpful and kind staff, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great food as well. Thank you!

I stay here every year on my way to AK. It’s a great place to stay, very close to the airport with mostly a very responsive staff. With 2 exceptions this year. Last night I told the night shift desk clerk that I couldn’t connect to WIFI, and her response was “I don’t know what to tell you, I could”. And took it no further. When I told the desk clerk this morning she took immediate action and sent a request to their IT. And I had the same (lack of) response when I said that my pillows were terrible last night, and a very positive response this morning when I again reported the issue, when she acknowledged that the problem existed and said she would address it. Other than that another great stay, and I’ll be back next year and hopefully those issues will be addressed.

Very noisy hotel with road noise, very thin floors. Checked in early which was great. Would recommend a top floor. Also just a personal issue. Paying for parking is silly. I’ve already paid for the room why do I have to pay for parking.

They called me to let me know our room was ready, the desk staff was super sweet and explained all my questions and they made sure we were comfortable.. the pool was warm, and goes between 3 1/2 feet and 4 1/2 feet and wasn’t crowded during our hour swim. Lovely view from the window and places to walk around outside safely. The only downside for us was the elevator situation, apparently they’ve been having issues with only 1 elevator running so wait times can be a little longer in the evening when people are arriving.

Excellent shuttle to and from airport, bag storage was helpful so we could explore in between flights, very nice walk in shower, good blinds on windows, night light in bathroom was appreciated. Very clean, comfortable beds with nice linens. Restaurant seemed expensive so we ate elsewhere.
