A really nice hotel to stay at ahead of a flight from Seatac. The hotel is well managed, and well run by the staff. The rooms and the entire property are very clean. The location is excellent, and the shuttle to the airport runs every 30 mins. You can even walk to the hotel from the angle lake stop on the green line if needed in about 15 mins if commuting after dropping back a rental vehicle. The breakfast is nice, and the lobby and dining area are very welcoming and a great place to chill out before a flight. The generous 12 noon checkout is also a bonus. I had a 7pm flight from seatac. So I chilled out in the lobby, drinking free hot drinks and cold water until 2pm, then hopped on the shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel, and it was listed on hotels.com at a great price. Hopefully the hotel maintains this high standard of service and the fair pricing.

Room was slightly better. But overall disgusting. Plus the price from hotel to cruise ship port was ridiculous.

The rooms were fairly clean just outdated. Breakfast we completely skipped.. bread, yogurt and watered down coffee. Now.. the room noise privacy was AWFUL. absolutely no sound privacy at all. We stayed in 2 separate rooms on different visits and you can hear EVERYTHING to the point people were arguing in the hall at 4:00 am because no one could sleep.

I liked the location near the airport. The room itself. It needs a luggage rack and another piece of furniture. There was no closet. It just seemed sterile and uninviting.

Shuttle to airport Front desk 'misplaced' my documents, and when I queried it from a safety viewpoint (personal information), the person got very aggressive. Luckily all caught on camera. Would not recommend.

Close to airport, comfy bed, comfy pillow, Matthew at reception was very helpful.

Good location. Very close to the airport. A continental breakfast is more than toast, frozen butter that won’t melt unless you microwave it first, an orange, a mini muffin, cold cereal, and yogurt. Most hotels provide a proper continental breakfast that includes at least one meat option, an assortment of fresh fruits, room‑temperature butter, jelly, and other basic items that make the breakfast feel complete and convenient for guests. What was offered does not meet the standard of a continental breakfast, and it should be improved to reflect what guests reasonably expect.

Great location for flight stopover. Good to have a free shuttle back and forward to the airport but a bit chaotic trying to catch it at the airport. Rooms could do with a renovation and room was a bit grubby. Cobwebs. Litter on floor behind bathroom door. Needs to be cleaned properly. Huge room TV was not working, breakfast was a joke, heater was either dull high hear or dull siberian blast xold that cycled on and off.
