This place was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. The bed was also very comfortable.

The staff allowed us to check in early, we’re so helpful in scheduling and informing us about the shuttle to the airport and how to use the link train.

Definitely not as nice as the reviews make it seem. The room has an awful smell to it and the whole property looked run down.

This hotel was in a good location less than 15 minutes from the airport and they offered a shuttle service. The staff was very accommodating and even kept our luggage for the day since no rooms were available for early checkin when our cruise ship came in and we got there at 9:30am. Very pleased.

Because I had reserved two rooms and my flight arrived late, I decided not to ask the front desk to move us to different rooms, even though I normally would have. I also wasn't sure whether the other available rooms had the same issue. These rooms should not be rented to guests until the source of the humidity is identified and resolved, as there may be a moisture leak affecting them.

Our stay here was okay. Our room was a little dirty, there was dirt on the floor near the entrance and there was a hair on the bed. Breakfast was okay - a little confusing, most of the food was in one room, but then they had a waffle maker around the corner in the main seating area which was not marked well. The food wasn't the best, eggs were sitting in water as were the sausage patties. The room was fairly comfortable, however a bit dated and felt a little cramped. The location is good, right near the airport, with a few bars and restaurants nearby.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great place to stay to catch an early morning flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Vibrant and inviting eating area. They provide shuttle service to the airport. Will definitely stay here next trip.

Had to pay from the airport to the hotel because their shuttle didn't show up. No phone number listed in the waiting area. Other hotels have their number clearly listed on the public phone area. I have waited for almost 2hrs for a non-existent shuttle. All other hotel shuttles show up every 15- 20 minutes. Not for this one. After waiting for almost 2 hrs, I had to pay for a taxi about $34 including a tip. The driver actually kind of chased me to add a tip as I left the car. So weird. Other than that, I was given a room on the first floor and had zero sleep on my first night. Wasted! The next day, a black girl at the front desk was so understanding and caring, which helped me to at least calm down. She happily changed my room for the remaining nights. Breakfast was good, but fruit options are so limited.
