Comfort Inn & Suites Sea-Tac Airport

The bed was comfortable and the location was great.

We arrived with several other travelers after missing a connection on our way home. It was late and we were exhausted. The staff worked quickly to get everyone checked in and settled. We appreciated that immensely. We had nothing with us as our toiletries were in a carryon that we had had to check at the gate due to a crowded plane. The staff provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste but they had no other toiletries available for purchase. It would have been nice to have combs/brushes and other sundries available for purchase. The breakfast was not great, very limited.

This hotel should not even be in the Choice Hotels list. It is dirty with frayed carpeting. It listed a pool and they have never had a pool. The hotel room is noisy. Upon arrival I saw they had a large ice water with lemons, but when I went to get a glass, the front desk clerk said oh no no no not for you. You get from machine. I asked the day before for an early checkin of noon with no reply. So I called directly, very hard to communicate with their broken English but was told bring $50 cash no exceptions! When I arrived the girl said $30 cash. So I paid it but they did not have a room ready. There is more

Great hotel for arriving from SEA-TAC airport. Convenient and clean. Will use again on our trip out of Seattle.

The rooms were clean and modern but they hallways and lobby were dated and tired. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were nigh on inedible.

Love the location, shuttle bus They have a decent breakfast we didn’t eat this time due to early departure and not hungry but had coffee and a muffin Bed a lil hard but pillows perfect

I thought the ladies at the front desk weren’t very customer service oriented, I even got hung up on when I called the desk to see about gertting instruction on how to turn the headboard light out. Also, the guest bathroom in the lobby was DISGUSTING

Shuttle was great. Our room wasn’t complete on the bathroom floor and some of the walls still needed painted but over all was clean. Decent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful services.

A very budget friendly Hotel with free hot breakfast and free airportcshuttle to/ from. This is a great alternative if you need a hotel before a Alaska Cruise and don't plan on exploring seattle or dont want to pay alot. I wnded up exploring seattle post cruise anyways because I had a red eye flight so it worked out good. Don't miss out on exploring . Anyways nice hotel budget friendly and staff not sketchyre nice. I felt safe too as a solo woman
