Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Seatac Airport

We left our car for a number of days Upon return we followed instructions for shuttle pick up. We waited 45 minutes then rang again only to be told that we had missed the shuttle because we were at the wrong location. We were told to proceed to the Avis lot.Not believing this, we separated having one person at the avis lot and one at federal circle .As expected the shuttle arrived at federal circle.By this time a group of people had gathered and we had to be aggressive to actually get on that shuttle which is not our style and made us very uncomfortable. When we arrived at the hotel to collect our car, we were the first in line,only to be told they could not locate our keys . Amidst the confusion, our attendants began serving other people as the line was growing and people were getting testy.We asked what was happening with our car and got attitude as if we were being unreasonable.Finally,after having to become that ugly traveller and demanding attention, they continued to look for the keys and finally discovered they had been labelled incorrectly.It was very aggravating for all parties concerned.We realize they are 2 separate issues..One, hotel incompetence the other,parking. We have reached out to both to make them aware of the situation.The parking manager (L)went out of his way to apologize and offered us compensation which we will not collect.This was not our intention.We only want fellow travelers to be alert to this.

We had an early morning flight, so decided to get a place close to the airport. The room was clean, everything in good condition, and staff was very friendly. We booked the shuttle for the morning and it was right on time and quick to the airport.

Everything is perfect 👌

The room was clean, but well used. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Had her air pods in and was curt when answering questions like we were a huge inconvenience.

Clean room

Room was amazing, clean and comfortable. International vibe with wide variety of people. Front desk people were helpful, warm and friendly. The parking lot is small, spaces are very narrow.

They also offer a shuttle for a fee to the piers for cruises. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location Room dark need more lights

The room was a good size and clean overall The staff acted like we were a bother and were less than helpful. The clock alarm was set to midnight and woke us all up. A wake up call we did not request came at 3:30am, and the scheduled the shuttle for the wrong time.

Grear

The room was comfortable and the staff actually walked with me in the dark to my car in the freezing cold and 8 inches of snow to make sure I was safe. They also had cameras to watch the parking lot . I was quite happy ! Tilney Sutherland

Quiet, clean room with helpful staff. Quick overnight stay after missing our flight. Could not figure out how to call shuttle van so we walked the short 20 min. Quick shuttle back in the early morning so we didn't use any amenities including breakfast.

It’s nice for an over night or short stay. Shuttle is very convenient.

Elevator issues and room was in need of paint and wallpaper repair. Breakfast area was uncomfortably hot. Price was way beyond the value.

Poorly maintained. Barely two stars

Other than the front desk staff not explaining where to catch the shuttle everything else was great!

Very clean and comfortable

The hotel was all perez except for the carpeting makes it look dated. Watching else was perfect.

Shuttle took 1 hour, charged for 2 hour early check in
