Great location for our stay night before our flight out at SeaTac

The room was spacious and a good size for couples. However, the bed was quite noisy whenever we moved, and the pillows were too thin, which made them a little uncomfortable. Overall, the room itself was nice, but the bed and pillows could definitely be improved.

Very small lobby, there were many of us trying to check in At the same time and only 2 people at the desk..they were great but the size of the lobby made things congested

Location wasn’t the best but hey, it’s super close to the airport so what could you really expect. Free parking but I returned the rental the night before my flight and the shuttle was exactly on time. It was less than 10 mins to the airport. king size bed was alright but the pillows were terrible. The pull out sofa was fine for my 6 year old but anyone over 100 pounds would be hurting after an hour on that. It was a spacious room.

Close to the airport and loved the shuttle service! Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

We stayed in a double queen with sleeper sofa. All of the beds and linens were uncomfortable. They didn't even have linen for the sleeper, we had to search and call for it. Water pressure of shower was terrible and towels were low quality. The sensor started they offered a shuttle service to airport/ cruise port but it was $30/ person and there was another lady who almost missed her flight because the shuttle was consistently delayed. We didn't use the service because it was so expensive for 5 people! The desk staff, when present, was not pleasant, welcoming or helpful. Would not stay here again.

This was a good value for the space we had and we would stay again for a quick overnight (we had a one bedroom suite). The hotel was older but clean and the AC worked well. The rooms were very dark and not a place you wanted to hang out in, except at night. The blinds had too much space around the edges to be black out, and landscaping lights shone directly into the room. It was VERY light in the room at night.

Close to airport Tired room, staff were not bothered- we spent 40 minutes waiting for a shuttle bus and the walk would have taken us 15 minutes.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was perfect for an overnight stay for morning flight out of SEA. No extra charge for parking and a hot breakfast included were added bonuses. We would stay there again. Facility had some wear and tear, but everything was clean and worked fine.

Staff processed 4 pilots for four separate rooms very efficiently

Breakfast is good, staff is nice and easy free transport to and from Airport.

The room Had a very foul odour. We also used the shuttle to the airport that the check engine light and airbag light were on. Window was a plastic bag taped onto vehicle and the pole inside was taped together at the top. Did not feel safe in this vehicle. (#32) would not stay here again!
