Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Airport

We arrived late after flight and our room AC didn’t work and was 78 degrees and very stuffy. Hotel was at capacity so staff on-site said there was nothing they could do. Had to find another hotel at 1am. Thankfully they at least credited our night stay but it was an unpleasant experience and a rough start to our trip,

We utilized the free airport shuttle to arrive earlier than our check-in time. Our room was ready despite our early arrival! Hotel is convenient from public transportation and the airport. We utilized the laundry room -- on the 1st floor, well lit, clean, and safe. Continental breakfast was appreciated. Overall, a great stay for what we needed for 2 nights!

Thought it was strange when checking bags for a later check in no bag tags were issued. Seems like that should be something that’s always done to avoid getting your luggage stolen.

The couch in the room was disgusting. Woke up in the middle of the night to what sounded like an animal in the room.

Great location for the airport the next day. Room was clean and huge! Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Great location for someone flying in or out of SEA TAC and/or returning rental car. The staff was very accomodating and the airport shuttle very convenient.

We were very grateful that the staff allowed us early entry to our reserved room after arriving from our cruise ship terminal.

Apparently if you want your room cleaned you have to tell the front desk. This is crazy. It should be if you don’t want your room clean then hang the do not disturb sign. Room 325 claims to be a lake view however you can’t see the lake at all because of the trees. Breakfast was a nightmare. The food area is very small and cramp. People were waiting 20 minutes for oatmeal. Any refill like eggs, milk and yogurt took awhile. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot and had good water pressure. However I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a quick stay and fit our needs as it was close to the airport. Bonus was a little walkway behind that led to a beautiful lake. Would have enjoyed it more if the breakfast was edible.

The reception staff let us check in early since I booked through Expedia and already paid. After a 7 day Alaska cruise this was appreciated. The room was great - even had a little balcony and view of a lake. We discovered a grill and several outdoor seating areas. Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for catching especially for early morning Sea-Tac flight.

Staff was great. Airport shuttle was convenient. Not a lot of food options in the area, but close to the link terminal.

Not prepared for the crowd

That was it for people with gluten or wheat allergies. That is a lot of potential customers who pay for, but don't receive, a safe and edible breakfast. My wife has a serious wheat allergy. We had to go to a restaurant so that my wife could eat something safe besides yogurt. Other than breakfast, the staff was cordial and helpful.

Having a shuttle to the hotel was great. The room was clean.
