I booked this hotel on line as part of my travel package. After a call as instructed, the shuttle came quickly and it wasn't too far to the hotel. I was checked in quickly and told about the shuttle the next morning to the pier. The driver was on time and very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night before early flight. Rooms were outdated but clean and bed was comfortable. The building is really old and looks sketchy. Had I seen it in person before booking I would not have booked it. That said it served its purpose.

Older hotel but clean and great shuttle service staff was very helpful and the train station is right next to hotel 3 dollars one way to downtown

Clean big rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and free drinks for rest of the day with a cool cafe machine in dining hall. Also the public hall has pool table, board and card games, a piano, pc setting and 3 televisions. laundry room is also available. The room also has great amenities. Shuttle services for airport and ferry for an extra charge.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the parking with transit next door is awesome

Great stay for the price. The airport shuttle was on-demand, which is so rare at SeaTac, and the staff are the friendliest people. It's right by a light rail station, too. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of privacy.

Great place to stay for a family of 6 before an early flight in the morning. Also a good spot to park car and transportation to the airport.

There was someone knocking on my door in the middle of the night. I'm concerned about my safety.

It was a great stay for my layover in Seattle. I did not manage to get the airport transfer on both ways and that was disappointing.

It had a microwave and a fridge! Very nice!

BED BUGS! Do not stay here and risk taking them home with you! I notified the front desk upon checking out that we woke up to bed bug bites. We also have pictures of one bed bug on the bed. They said sorry but no refund or compensation offered. I have tried to contact management through phone and email but to no avail. Today I was told over the phone by a front desk person that because I purchased through Expedia I am not eligible for a refund. ATP I would rather warn the public than get my money back.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Perfect for a less expensive stay before flying out. Staff is very helpful. And airport shuttle is on demand. 24x7

We came in from a cruise and have some handicap people in our party. Our room wasn't ready of course but the shuttle was able to take us to a restaurant down the block and they stored our luggage for us. When we were done the shuttle came and got us. The staff was awesome and I would definitely stay again.

The property is dated and exterior is a bit run down but the room was very good. It is very well insulated because I didn’t hear any airport noise. The airport shuttle driver was very nice. I would stay again.
