The property was conveniently close to the airport. IHop is literally just in front of the hotel, although breakfast is included in the stay. The breakfast selections were great! The staff was very pleasant and had an excellent customer service. We had such an amazing experience. We appreciated that we were allowed to an early check-in because our flight arrived very early. Overall a very satisfied and wonderful stay. It will be our hotel when in Seattle.

Check in staff was, at a minimum, indifferent. Checking out person was very friendly and appreciate. Checked in early and got the noisiest room in the hotel.

Airport shuttle was very fast! Breakfast was great and the room was clean. Front desk staff super nice.

Clean, food nearby. The only issue was there was some type of party/event that went on till midnight and the music carried into my room.

We arrived 1 hour earlier than check in time. I asked if they can keep the baggage until check in time. They will charge to keep the baggage . We waited with baggage until check in time. Other than that the room is clean. Shuttle drivers were very nice.

It was a great place to stay! The location is very convenient because it’s 10 minutes away from the airport. They have great staff who are very helpful, and services like bag drops and airport shuttles that help a lot with convenience. The only downside to my room was the chlorine pool smell but I quickly got used to it and the floors are pretty thin so if you have a neighbor who likes to stomp you will hear them. Overall, great hotel!

Large room with amenities. Staff very helpful. Property needs some maintenance. Location next to International House of Pancakes very convenient.

The property had a horrible order hit cheap and easy when just staying overnight

The room was extremely unclean, there was bloody spit on the wall and dirty underwear from a previous tenant in the closet.

What we like the most is the place , it’s near the airport and the employees are very accommodating but most of all the owner is Filipino.

The room was clean, the breakfast was great, the shuttle mechanism to and from the airport was very convenient and the staff was very helpful. Was a great experience overall.

Everything was great! What I enjoyed the most was the nice staff and the shuttle service.

clean room, comfortable bed, but property can definitely use some tlc, and making you wait for 3p check in is not friendly at all
