Motel 6 Seattle, WA - South

I stayed there because of lack of availability for other hotels. This hotel is very aged and rundown needs a lot of work. The staff people were very pleasant. Unfortunately, I would never stay there again.

The person at the lobby was extremely kind and professional. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with a warm and respectful attitude, always ready to help and answer questions with patience. Their treatment made my experience much more pleasant, and it truly makes a difference in the quality of service.

Good place for good price!

Too many Motel 6’s in the area, including this one. They are all sketchy.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Water pressure and temperature were great. The outside isn't much to look at, but this was one of the best $150 motels I've stayed in.

Staff was friendly and helpful

We had a friendly staff member he was easy to talk to and was helpful! And the rooms were nice compared to what we were expecting!

No shampoo (none, use soap) No chair at desk, no chair in room, no chair or table to sit at outside. If this is how Motel 6's are in general, it will be my last!

The Motel 6 Seattle South is close to SeaTac but on the south side, whereas the rental car return is on the north side, about 4 miles away. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the AC and WiFi worked well. The room had only one chair, which was cracked and near breaking (I told the clerk). There is a gas station with a convenience store, Subway Sandwiches, and coffee drive-thru adjacent to the property. There are more places to eat/shop within a mile on the other side of I-5. Des Moines Beach Park is only a few miles away and nice - there is paid parking at the waterfront, or you can park free above the beach and take a 2 - 3 minute walk.

Overpriced Motel6 for sure

Clean and well kept. Comfortable (firm) bed, in a good way. Jen at front desk was thoutful and accommodating. The woman ag desk in the morning was great too. Thanks Motel 6!!!

Room was clean. Office staff was friendly, nice and helpful. Close to the Seattle airport but away from the city traffic. Parking was adequate. Price was reasonable.

The highway to the side of the building makes it very loud. It was clean and they were helpful. And the gas station and coffee shop and walking distance is great.

Good location near restaurants. It is a little dated but good value.

Dried blood stains on the sheets. No shampoo or Kleenex provided. It took the front desk staff a while to figure out how to check me in. Otherwise, good.

This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here, which is why this place is now my go-to place to stay at while in the Seattle area. I’ve always had good interactions with the staff, clean rooms, good parking, and the air conditioning working, plus it’s pretty convenient staying here since a coffee shop and gas station are nearby, plus the Angle Lake Station being pretty close too.
