Some cleaning staff smiled when asked to unclog toilet. Stairwells were dirty, sticky, dark and had trash on them. One office staff did not smile or even stand up when we arrived. Toilet plunger left on outside walkway. Our toilet clogged.

The lights above the counter didn't work. The shower leaked a lot onto the bathroom floor. The are no amenities. It was a place to sleep for us and that was all we needed.

The staff was not knowledgeable and did not fix the problems we reported. The sink was clogged, stove bunner didnt work. A pair of dirty underwear remained on the elevator floor for the first five days of our stay.

The rooms were not very clean. One of the cupboards was broken and it the bathroom, one of the walls looked like it had smeared blood. The shower was just gross and the bathroom sink drain had so much goop around it, the water couldn’t drain. This room should have been a $50.00 room

Place is a dump!

The staff here is friendly but this place is really run down. The bed was adequate but the bathroom needed work. The room smelled pretty bad. The common areas are pretty disgusting and the parking lot seems to have a lot of people just hanging out for whatever reason, which is always weird. I got this because it was cheap and one of the only places available. I doubt I would ever go back.

First notice there was a light fixture not working. After arguing with the staff 2 bulbs were changed and we had light. Amenities included only 2 thin plastic cups, no coffee pot, hair dryer, but it had a huge fridge. The smell in the room was horrible. It smelled like a tenant was burning their Chinese dinner next door. The resolution was a can of fogger deodorant. This hotel ranks at the top of our worst hotel stays to date. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!

Clean room and comfortable

Location The room 116 was not fully functional nor conducive to a good night’s sleep and in my mind, unsafe. The overhead light upon entry to the room did not turn off via the light switch on the wall which means it would be on all night while we were trying to sleep. The only way to turn it off was by accessing the circuit breaker which I found dangerous. It also turned off all the outlets in the room and the refrigerator.

Might recommend other extended spots. This location is Not maintained.

This property was a disgusting Tweaker hotel and should be removed from Booking.com. It’s the most filthy dirty hotel I’ve ever seen. The property is trashed there’s homeless people and sketchy people everywhere. Black mold in the bathroom. We ended up leaving to go to another hotel because we could not stay here. Avoid this place at all costs! I would rather sleep in my car!

Everything else was a miss. Likely a homeless shelter or halfway house. A homeless man was parked in front of my room and sleeping in his car the entire night.

Apartment was comfortable and spacious Not a lot, accommodation was everything we needed and staff were friendly and welcoming

This location was one of the worst hotel/rooms we have ever stayed in my entire life and we have traveled a lot. Everywhere was dirty, sticky or smelled (lobby, Walkways, elevator, stairs and the room). We actually considered canceling stayed BUT I couldn't find a replacement hotel near at the last minute. The room was full or stains, dirt, what appeared to be blood on the bathroom wall. I didnt even shower due to the condition of the bathroom. If I coukd give 0 vs 1 star I would. We will never return to this specific location.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was dirty, there was blood on the curtains, it smelled bad, and the air conditioner didn’t work. The room was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. I would not recommend staying here.
