You can see through all sides of door when its closed, door seems unsecured, at night pushed chairs against door, floor could be cleaner, when leaving door doesn't latch close, towels hard and bathing gel inadequate, walls su p er thin

8 Harley riders terrorized the place all 3 days with loud music and loud exhausts intentionally over-reving at 2:00am. Staff said they asked them to be quiet but did nothing to enforce request. I won’t be back

Terrible place.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Dirty, staff unresponsive. I had to unplug the refrigerator in the room it was loud. Security was on site, and police circles regularly, so shady doesn't even sum up. Do not stay here.

GREAT STAFF!

The staff was so amazing. They were always so welcoming and helpful with everything I could have needed. Luca and Cadence who worked the front desk at the hotel were the best ladies I could have ever had the pleasure to meet and talk with them. No matter what they had been through that day they always had a smile and so warm and friendly to everyone. I’m glad to have met them.

Very clean and affordable for my entire stay!! NA

THE GOOD: the two staff members I spoke with were very nice and helpful. THE BAD: we arrived at 6pm (3pm check-in) and our room wasn’t ready. The common areas are filthy - trash in stairwells, sticky elevator floor (think movie theater floor). Our room door was hard to open, we had to bust in like SWAT. Every. Single. Time. It had no coffee pot, but it did come with a dirty straw in the refrigerator and dirty cobwebs in the bathroom vents. Hot water and tv worked sporadically. Bathroom smelled of cigarette. A random hair showed up on the bathroom counter on day two, but I can’t let my mind entertain how it got there. Flooding landscape irrigation. Seems like a residential hotel and people loitering in the parking lot. Stairwell door may/may not open. You’ve been warned.

Great!

We arrived at 3:30 to check in and there were no rooms available. We were going there for a baseball game and had to leave our bags in the car and could not get to our room before the game started at 5:30. We did not get back u til close to midnight and there was someone else in our room when we got there. We finally did not get a room until after 1 in the morning

This place is like going to jail walls painted with snots and boogers. Place is very old cabinet broken, roaches all over the place there is a old stove that doesn't work no toiletries toilet bowl dirty and broken toilet seat cover elevator so dirty with a lot of chewing gums on the floor.

The pictures are not an accurate representation of the rooms. Everything was very worn and yellow. I had to hip check the door to get in. The room was relatively clean. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check in. This property appears to be an extended stay hotel. Most people seemed to be living in the hotel, not staying for a few nights. It was loud at night and there were people openly using drugs in the parking lot.

Cheap but terrible, definitely won’t go there again…

However, when we landed in Seattle at midnight and called to give a final heads-up, we were told they had no rooms available. The night receptionist was completely different from the one we spoke to earlier and took zero accountability. Leaving a group stranded at midnight after multiple explicit confirmations is unacceptable. This place suffers from a severe lack of communication and basic discipline. Avoid HomeTowne Studios if you actually want a guaranteed place to sleep.

The most unique thing about the property is the nightlife with all the people walking around hiding in the bushes and doing God only knows what Sandy in the parking lot holding a straw you know it's a drug and hooker hotel made to be looking like it was something else the front sides all pretty the backsides where they put everybody else to books on this Expedia or any other secondary application so I do not recommend staying in this garbage hotel
