I love this place, I used to come here years ago, and it's still just as chillax as I remember.,🙂 definitely plenty of sunshine 🌞 Thank you guys for the hospitality. "I'll be back".

The rooms are outdated and the water in the showers do not maintain a constant temperature. The mineral jacuzzi were dirty and the water levels were below the filtration line and the water was not clean.

Best place in case 7 of emergency, thank God, my place in desert, hot screens living A. Shed, it's like a garage only 2A c's, and it's so hot there. I'm happy to be here. Their lifesaver, thank you so much. Nothing

No running water in shower so u can't shower or bath in room 204. Pool has black mold....

The pools are great with clean water and impeccable maintenance. The spa itself is just very old. The hotel interior feels like a relic from 1950s. A good renovation or remodeling would be a nice idea!

The first incident occurred on Wednesday, the day I arrived. When I opened my car door in the parking lot, there was a man sitting in a vehicle who was loudly whistling and repeatedly honking his horn. I did not see anyone interacting with him, and the behavior was startling and made me feel uncomfortable. I went directly to my room and avoided returning to my car to get the remaining luggage until much later. Cockroaches, clumps of hair in bathtub and other places, not all of the lamps worked, dirty room, among other things. Another particularly unpleasant experience involved my interaction with a front-desk clerk with light brown hair and star stickers on her face, I felt that her attitude toward me was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Finally, and most seriously, my backpack went missing. I use this backpack as my purse, and I placed it on a chair while I was checking in. When I went to retrieve it, it was gone. My backpack had my seizure medication, cash, approx 20 work keys, and other personal

The main pool was closed due to algae treatment. After being told that it would open the next day, we decided to stay an extra day. It did not open. This was a big disappointment because we didn’t have full use of the property. This hotel needs some TLC as some of the other pools were dirty. No ice no towels !!

Front desk was amazing. I had an issue and she went above and beyond
-
It was horrible it was dirty and late night there was roaches on hop of the door.. there is lots of tweezers that linger around
-
All in all, it was good.

The staff were very helpful. The room is dated and could use some TLC. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning unit cools well, but its loud. The views are good, Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside from guests . Over all my stay was short, yet comfortable. The hot tubs are clean and have a different temperatures and the dry sauna is a plus.

Staff is very friendly and it's a beautiful place . I been here since last Monday it's Been 7 days now we just book 3more days we love it here I live in dhs. They have the great bananas split and all there food is great to oniona rings, they go by fast. You have to make sure you get a chance to have some of those. But I'm really happy that we're staying there. I live here in desert High Springs in a limited casita. I splay too hot for my M. S I'm very happy that we're staying roundless two weeks in the spa's Islands. I have nothing bad to say about this.I give him a hundred percent in all stores.Since i've been here. The big pool on the property was closed during my stay. The room was so hot when we checked in & didn’t cool down again until around 9 pm. The place is falling apart & is in need of a serious update! The bed were comfy but they could clean the rooms better. And they gave us 1 large towel & had no more to give us.

Pools closed for Algae cleaning understood with 110-114 outdoors temps, but inconvenient. Checked mattress for bed bugs - none, so that was a relief. Comfortable night’s sleep after that. Gated parking was worth $15.00. Great staff working there, so friendly and helpful. Really, really nice people. Hope the hotel owners upgrade this place, to bring it out of the 1950’s era.

They didn't give me my deposit back
