This resort is not clothing optional. It is clothing prohibited. To claim it as clothing optional is false advertising.

To be clear: Booking had already charged us in full. I run a rental business myself, and it is standard practice that Booking provides the payment details to the property later. However, the hotel staff appeared to lack competence and turned this into a major issue. We were informed that we would not be allowed to check in unless we paid again. I then requested a refund instead, but they refused to process it until they received full payment again from Booking. As a result, I spent a significant amount of time communicating between the hotel and Booking.com. Even the Booking representatives were surprised by the hotel’s behavior and lack of understanding. The hotel staff also suggested that it was our fault for booking through Booking.com. Dear hotel management — it is you who choose which platform to sell your rooms on. It is your responsibility to resolve payment matters with your distribution partners, not the customer’s. Guests should not be placed in the middle of such disputes. I would also like to strongly emphasize that requesting full credit card details over the phone is not acceptable. This raises serious security concerns and creates a very poor user experience. In Europe, such practices can even lead to penalties under consumer protection and data security regulations. It felt unsafe and highly unprofessional. Ultimately, we had to cancel our entire trip because of this situation. Later, the hotel offered a late check-out, but by then it was already well past midday and we would not have been able to arrive in time. Eventually, a refund was processed.

SMI:PS was our first dip into the lifestyle pool and we're head over heels with it. We've been "lifestyle adjacent" for years with our other activities and we didn't get too adventurous but when we're out again we have bigger plans! Suuuuuuper friendly staff and guests which was half the reason we felt so comfortable here. We didn't book nearly enough time for our first trip! Coming back soon!!!

Really disappointed in the service from the girls. They couldn’t even tell people when food got delivered. They stayed in the office 90% of the time. We really didn’t appreciate the music at 2am when everybody is in their rooms sleeping and I couldn’t even hear our tv. Ear plugs did nothing. Also it is advertised as clothing optional but that is not the case at all. Just disappointed to spend that much money on mediocre service, crappy stale food and a jacuzzi that was not that warm and needed water added. Music was also not good. Overall just a ok experience, we won’t be back.

The vibe is great, very inviting. The pool is nice, could be a tad bigger or the deep end filled in since it’s very small and not really used. Definitely will be back.

The staff was all friendly & the pool was nice & warm. Went as a single lady & all other couples were respectful & it was fun to be able to be naked & just enjoy the sunshine.

Com Now we need to get back our money from booking.com or sea mountain nude resorts otherwise I will raise the case against both you with our bank and I will declare as fraudulent transactions for both of your charges please treat urgently I will give you 24 hours now please revert back to me on my email - stephenjigida@yahoo.com

We were unable to attend and made an effort to reschedule, yet our attempt to reach out for a new arrangement went unanswered. This lack of response was quite disappointing.

Fun lifestyle

This was our second visit but the first time staying overnight. We loved it. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Our AC could have been a little cooler but wo cares! We were naked the whole time! We just lounged around the pool and enjoyed each other. If we wanted privacy we would move to other areas around the property. The playrooms were clean and other couples were respectful. There were only couples or female employees present so it felt safe and balanced. We would definitely come back!

When we first arrived, due to a bad circuit breaker, neither bedside table nor the fan worked. When we politely told the staff, they expressed mild interest, but did nothing. Later, however, we encountered the manager (didn’t get her name), and the next morning, she resolved the issue (though we still had just one bedside lamp). I am sure it was not Sea Mountain’s fault that we spent a fair portion of our time in the room killing flies (10-12, over two nights), but maybe they should issue flyswatters to the guests. We were only slightly miffed when, on the first night, they told us we could order dinner delivered from outside the inn, but then never contacted us when it was time to order, though they knew where we were. Despite these obvious complaints, we still enjoyed our stay quite a bit, but for two nights, we feel we might have hoped for more for a $1,200 expenditure. If we visit Sea Mountain again, we will just purchase a day pass - we will not stay there.

Booked a room at this resort and my partner got Covid the next day. They would give our money back. I will never ever book there again.

Super fun

This is the place that we look for, unlimited lifestyle, freedom with nature, you can do anything you like here that you cannot do it elsewhere, i means you doing anything if you want, if dont it is okay too, only one disappointment for me there weren’t a lot of people during my stay, but definitely will be back again on the weekend instead weekday , highly recommend if you want to relax with natural and similes you never done, just opened mine and have fun

SMI is a unique resort in that you truly feel at home. You can bring your own food and alcohol and sit around the pool all day with your favorite drink. They provide good music, snack foods, ice, mixers and pool towels. Need anything? Just ask and they are happy to provide it. The rooms are clean and very close to all the activities, so don't expect a quiet library setting. Expect a pool party and you won't be disappointed.

This was our second time visiting. Sea Mountain is a nice little getaway to relax and recharge. Rooms are clean and comfortable, pool is nice and warm and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re expecting a full service resort then this isn’t for you. Its a little pricey if you want a room and it could definitely use a facelift and some TLC but if you want a nice spot to kick back for a day or two then I recommend swinging by for a little sun.
